i re-watched the mid-season 9 episode about festivus. does anyone actually find that funny?

To me, the show jumped the shark when Kramer's sidekick midget became a regular. The 2 of them would enter and start a fight, over & over again. It shows the writers had nothing left for the Kramer character.

Its actually better.

It’s a fair take honestly, with shows you’re so caught up in and starstuck by, you don’t want to criticize things.

It got better with each season....my favorite seasons are 6 through 9....seasons 1 and 2 are not very good....from season 4 on, just completely classic. Festivus, Bizzaro World, The Opposite, Jackie Chiles....come on! It's Gold! The Best, Jerry, the Best!

Best show from that era. Only seems to get better as i get older and feel like im observing really become more and more unreal just like the show

Nah, I still enjoy those last seasons of Seinfeld. I cannot say the same about the last season of Scrubs or The Office without Michael Scott.

LMAO I LOVE THAT JOKE!! I noticed it on one of my rewatches and when I made the connection it cracked me tf up.

The low point was the candy lineup. Then again, maybe it was early on when Elaine was balancing spoons on her nose in the cafe. The most clever was the abortion episode where the alternate storyline was an argument about whether a pizza is a pizza when it comes out of an oven or when you first put your hands in the dough. But nothing beats the marine biologist episode.........the sea was angry that day my friend.

I actually agree mostly... but that is being exceptionally critical, and it doesn't take away the fact that Seinfeld and Curb are up there as my 2 favourite comedy shows of all time. ❤

Its as good as ever. A silly video on a dud youtube channel like this makes no difference.

Seinfeld and The Office are two stop flipping the channel shows and you can watch wherever it is in the episode.

I don’t think Seinfeld ended on a high note, and I think throughout the series there were some episodes which were a lot worse than others. I found it annoying when people wouldn’t hear any criticism about it.

In the Catcher in the ryeholden says there are 3 phases that a star guess through. The first is when they good and doing their thing. The second is when you know your good but its difficult to maintain the act and maybe your kind of stepping out of yourself. The third is when they are up there and you don't know if it's the real thing or the act. Or if they are there pretending to be the real thing they originally were but it's never quite the same. Unfortunately this will happen to you and your channel. Maybe you should look up the quote from the book and see how unoriginal this commentary is. Its called jumping the shark on sitcoms. And this could be your shark of unoriginality. Or at least use the references that you built upon.

Man everyone chiming in to let everyone else know they got the joke is like when you send your friend a meme, a little funny haha, and they respond “I’ve already seen this”. Some people are just bitter and smarmy. I didn’t know this and appreciated the education and explanation to make a show I already appreciated even better.

One of my favorite memories of the show now is the Kenny Bania character. The David Puddy bits are classic too!

I think seasons 7-9 are the best seasons. The characters are fully developed and the actors are super comfortable in their roles.
