Our church purchased a Black Magic Presenter HD to stream directly to our channel on TH-cam. Our expectation was that we would be able to stream directly by pressing the On-air button. But unfortunately, we always have to plan in advance on TH-cam studio (create, go live, schedule stream, later, schedule stream, etc.) which is a comprehensive way of working. Because there are 2 church services taking place right after each other, there is not much time to do this. It's already too difficult for a lot of the team. Our previous streaming device did work that way. Nowhere can I find how this can be done with the Webpresenter HD. Do you have a solution that a simple push of the on-air button wil start the stream?

I tried to download Mixing station on my windows PC but it did not allow it, Ideas?

I don't know what it is, but why are you killing the drums with gates and compressors and so much reverb? I bet they sound way better without. Go and stand behind the drummer, and listen to the set and how he wants it to sound and then go to the mixer and let them sound like they really do. Ever considered using Sub-Groups for mixing?

This might be a dumb question, but how do you have this setup, so that when the faders are moved at FOH … it doesn’t affect the Main2 livestream mix? We want our setup for FOH & Livestream to be completely separate. Thanks for your help.

Spent a few days at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, working with their student department to create a library of training resources for their worship/media teams. Currently sifting through the hours of footage we captured, which will be organized into a custom Notion doc. This will hold all tutorials, resources, and SOPs for each team role. I’ve created a database of resources and custom training for my own church, which I’ve shared about on TH-cam. But it’s been a blast to implement this process at another church like Crossroads. We also had the opportunity to film a tech tour of Crossroads Oakley’s main auditorium, which I’m eager to share on YT here soon.

Using this template for my church, and I absolutely love it! It looks so much better than what it looked like before! I just wish I could find a way to show the current key and the next song key! 🤞 that'll be something PP adds to an update!
