How do you keep your vinyl from sticking to the presser foot and the surface of the sewing plate/deck?

I still love this pattern - I've made 8 or 10 of them in both sizes and I'm about to make some more. All of my friends and family members have a bag and wallet set from this pattern and I have two sets. I have maybe hundreds of patterns and I've made a couple of dozen of them and this one comes together so beautifully with no drama! 😂 It's also a very nice looking bag - my absolute favorite bag for everyday use. Thanks so much for a great pattern!

If I'm using vinyl and cork, do I have to use decovil or and stabilizer?

Can this be done on a regular sewing machine or do you need industrial machine

In the beginning of your video you show a pumpkin vinyl... where do you get your printed vinyl from? I don't have trouble finding plan vinyl but I never can find cute printed vinyl!!

Videos were great...there were a few times in this third one though that the wallet could not be seen so it was hard to visual what you were saying. But overall....GREAT tutorial!

Hi - this is the first time ive made a reduced size pattern (scary). I'm not going to use webbing so would my Handle Connectors be the same as the 100% size (2"x11.5") or should i do as (1.5" x 10.25") Thank you

Do you taper the side seam of the lining as you sew up the sides for a smaller fit inside the bag?

What sewing feet u use you say I have a Juki DDL-8700-H industrial straight stitch sewing machine I want know feet you use and can I buy one for mines I’m new to use Juki machines and what’s the best thread to use I was looking for a size metal plate that come with the seam allowance on it that for my Juki any ideas you can tell me

Thank you for this vieo. I just completed the 100% bag. If I do not use seatbelt webbing would I cut the with of the straps and connectors the same width as the 100% pattern?

You could also use pattern weights to hold down your template, along with the tape, and just move them as needed.

Thank you for these sewing videos. I have such a hard time following written instructions, these videos really help and I do sew along. There were a couple points when the camera angle made it hard to see exactly what you were doing but at those moments I just pulled out the pattern.

How long and what temperature do you use to fuse the Decovil to the leather.

I would love to see a video showig how to remove creases / wrinkles out of a bag... especially when it's vinyl material. A variety of materials would be great. Thanks Jen!

You can remove the wheel cover exposing the joint so you can get oil there.
