Also prepping the black Nissan and getting it ready engine bay paint. Truly can’t wait until I have a completely functional 240. Music by bensound.com.

This is the beginning of a new chapter, one that I have been waiting for a long time. I’m so pleased and excited about the upcoming build. I have a long way to go but with patients it’ll be done.
Partial failed exhaust install
มุมมอง 154 ปีที่แล้ว
I purchased an aftermarket exhaust and unfortunately the size of the pipes were different. Honestly I can make it work but being though it’s for a daily, I’d prefer it to be the same size. The downpipe is 2.25 inches and the exhaust is 3 inches. I know it can be customized but I’ll just save the exhaust for my secondary build in the future. No loss either way.
240sx update and CRV tune up
มุมมอง 294 ปีที่แล้ว

Just giving you guys a vague look as to what my 240 looks like with a spoiler. I think it looks great and I got a good bargain on it. The seller was super flexible and very communicative with the sale. I’m satisfied.

Can you add a link to this exhaust
Where can I get the exhaust and the full kit
I never had the issue with it shutting off. But i actually just installed a new nibbi PE22 on my grom clone an it wouldnt start period without the canister for some reason.
Did you find a solution? I'm having the same problem with the nibbi
What kind of pipe and exhaust is it
Little late I know but how exactly do I do the delete part?
Your exhaust should not touch the frame since it gets really hot. What you should do is get a heat wrap and put it on only that part
pretty much worthless video you didn't show us a damn thing really. Why didn't you show how to block things off?
How is it when you do the oil change? Would like to know the update.
Got a link? Also was it "too loud?"
Check this out!
#1) KEMIMOTO Motorcycle Universal Exhaust Slip #2) MSX Motorcycle Exhaust Muffler Middle and Front Link Pipe Both on Amazon
I think it sounds really good. Loud but not obnoxious. Just right for me
@@cgarcia1026 nice, I just bought a grom clone and I am looking for all the mods I can get
@@cgarcia1026 Thanks
Where and what kind of pipe is that...
Nice hook up but I really don't like how the exhaust sits so close to the rear tire..just my opinion..it is a bad azz looking exhaust though!!!
Did your engine not heat up with that exhaust pipe touching it?
I tweaked it just a bit so it doesn’t touch and it doesn’t get hot. You can also get heat wrap if you’re concerned. Just like they do in cars
@@cgarcia1026 dude I’ve been heating up my exhaust it doesn’t bend for me I need some advice
Thank you, This is so helpful. I’m still having issues with the gas cap, it so hard to get back on.
Happy to be helpful
Instead of trying to turn the key to get it back on just line it up (without touching the key) and push on both sides of the gas cap👍🏼
Looks good, broski... 👍🏾
What about cutting those tubes to the cylinder
Make more grom videos. It seems like you het more views with the grom than car videos.
2022 bike did the delete but still does it
I removed mine the first day i got it.
You over explain everything get to the important part and nothing WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE HOSES LET THEM DRAG sorry this is my 4th video
I think I’m having the same issue. I was driving n it just stop running. Now the throttle won’t give me any rpms. Throttle won’t do the throttle noise when I twist it
hey guys heads up. the exhaust gaskets you will need are 30mm OD and 24mm ID. I bought some other ones made for grom but they were 40mm and will not work. so make sure you get the 30mm ones, they are "GY6" style. get 4 of them because 2 are needed and extras are always good.
damn i did the same thing before i read this
What about 32x24.5 how do you put them on??
@@skylerlynch5098 wondering the same thing any update lmk
thats actually the wrong size gasket.. the correct gasket size is 32x24.5mm
Didbyou keep the flow thing next to gas can and whered you put the hose???
Sorry my English is kind bad van you tell me What's the motorcycle name Where did you bought And how much?
Boom Vader 2022 I bought mine for 1800 fairly cheap but breaks down often
So i got my bike yesterday put it together i started it and it was idealing at like 8000rmp tried to mess with the carb did nothing
Mine turns on every time, but shut off within seconds. I don't know what the issue is.
Having the same problem so i am trying this today
@@xDeivydDevilleTV did it work?
I have exactly the same bike, I upgraded the carburetor, it was running fine for like an hour. I stopped to get gas, 10 minutes later it die. It turns right back on every time, but dies. I don’t know what the issue is.
Great tip!!
Another upgrade idea, replace the front sprocket with a 17 tooth for more top end. They can be bought for $10-$15. Those gears are short and it needs more gear for cruising so it isn't screaming on the highway. It will change the whole feel of the bike for the better.
Do you got the amazon link also what Carburetor would you recommend
it aboslutely does, i got a 17t and it works great
Do you have to change anything else other than the sprocket when going to the 17t?
We’re to do the hoses go
nice vidz broski im putting a boom 250cc efi on layaway u think they worth the 2Grand price tag worse came to worse u can always replace the motor if it ever dies right?
Link to exhaust?
What do you do with the hoses
Following
just change the carb and put a screw in the intake hose. Wont ever have that problem a again, or do a full delete but you will need the block or weld the tube/port that goes to the head.
There tons of up grade for this bike almost every thing oem grom will interchange you can get a 141cc bbk for it or swap engine to a zs190cc or 212cc direct replacement it just depends on how much you want to do to it you can make it better +upgrade then the real grom for the same price as a stock grom bike but it will smoke any stock grom for sure 👍👌✌️💯🥂🏍️
how to your turns feel having the exhuast mounted on the side i want a new exhuast cant find one with out being welded, but this looks really good just wanted to know?
Check this out th-cam.com/video/Y-qS-y4Ok4Y/w-d-xo.html
What a piece of crap.
I would say you have one of the best videos showing this. Question is once you takes the tubes off the charcoal canister, what do you do with them.
Right like there's no videos
Did someone find out what to do with the hoses ?
just disconnect the hose that goes to the carb. zip tie the hoses up into the frame in case you need to reconnect it
Yes mine are still blocked with bolts❤️
Get a REAL Grom man!
I have one lol.
These clones will kill a grom and it’s more fun.
@@bertsnotdown definitely worth the money
I don't no how far or what the plans are for this bike but you can swap over to fuel injection with all stock grom parts if you looking to up grade The engine 190cc and 212cc z's motor 5 speed swaps there complete kits basically direct replacement gets you in the 75mph rang they also have a standalone tuner ecu called aracer if going after performance fuel injection you can hook up a quick shifter to it the original shifter arm suck definitely would replace every thing grom original will fit. You might want to upgrade the axel bolts the clones tend to snap and wheel bearing are trash I would replace or at least put grease in the original iv done tons off research about 2years worth on the clone bikes and on after market up grade for these bikes. I'm also a big car guy anything driveable really 👍👌✌️🏍️💯🥂 I can help with any questions and best price for most all parts if needed have a great one till the next one
Sounds like a great idea. I’m just now learning about these little machines. Man that’s impressive on what can be done. Thank you for that.
@@cgarcia1026 there some things that need to be changed on the clone the axel bolts and wheel bearing the kush drive as well the engine bolts it all can be replaced with oem grom parts the stuff the stuff from China doesn't hold up very long you will see. you might want to keep a eye on the chian as well or replace the chian that all that I no of that is to fail on the clones or brake right away hope that helps be safe have a great one till the next one 👍👌✌️💯🏍️
@@josephsaucedo8691 hey man do you have a link to that 212 z moter?
Underrated.
Hi mate, did you ever sort out the gap? what did you do to the brackets to get the fittment right? I'm having a simmilar issue with mine
Not completely. It’s just the way the brackets are fabricated. No room for adjustment unless you drill the wholes bigger on the brackets to try and adjust it. The gap will never be perfect. It’s also good to make sure you use a bolt with a flat head vs a bolt with a round head. It’s a pain.
Nice

You slacking bud. Step your game up. JK. You did good. Let’s get it.
