The Federal Reserve left rates unchanged at their December meeting this week. The Fed HELD RATES STEADY and indicated multiple cuts to come in 2024. They have increased rates 11 times since March of 2022, so holding stead is great. Even better, they penciled in at least 3 RATE CUTS in 2024 and assuming .25% increments.       It’s not just for people who aren’t raising their kids. It can also be for single parents whose partner has passed away and they need extra help. It can also be for busy parents who spend time for their kids but still need someone there just in case something happens. Not all people who buy these apartments are just neglectful parents who don’t want to rase their children.

      Thank you for this thoughtful comment. For us, it is a nice way to have our child at home for his first few years without having to go to daycare. Since we both work for ourselves, we can pop in and see him throughout the day, and that is really special. Also, one day (hopefully long time from now) if we needed a live-in caregiver as elderly adults, we could use the apartment for that purpose too!

    Funny how we're taught to believe that inflation is a natural part of an economy, when the exact opposite is true. Products and services are supposed to get less expensive as time goes on because efficiency goes up. However, a private group of bankers, called the federal reserve, has taken control of our country's money, and keeps printing more money, in order to devalue everyone else's dollar-holding. This is possible because the dollar is not tied to an actual asset with any actual value, like gold, or anything else. Biggest heist in history. The federal reserve bank is not federal, does not have a reserve, and is not a bank. It is a private institution of bankers that we have enslaved ourselves to. Abolish the federal reserve!

      Oh yeah, 100% if our federal income taxes go to pay the interest on the money we borrow from the federal reserve, needlessly. We don't need to borrow our money, much less, give them a percentage of it in perpetuity, just to use our own currency. It's called compounding debt, and there's no way out of it. The Private group of bankers has us by the balls, along with almost every country in the world. Saddham, Gaddafi, and so many others are left in power, until they start to question the federal reserve's monopoly on their country's money. These dictators are left in power and not seen as a real problem, until one of them starts threatening to circumvent the this Deathgrip, that the international banking cartel has over every country in the world - for their own selfish gains, probably, more than for the benefit of their own people and selfish means, of course - that they are actually seen as a thread and quickly removed from power, then replaced with some other monster l who can play ball a little bit better

    The question is… i about to purchase a detach hbr home on a land of 6-7 house were next to each other, but it detach. No garage and we all share parking lot. So when is comes to resell property in future we own the house on top of the land and along with 2 parking space? And how tax are share and stuff? … i just never seen an hbr detach with over 6-7 house on 1 land

    Beautiful layout and exterior design, but when to far with the gray cabinets. I would have preferred white cabinets in the kitchen and a mixture of gray in some rooms and light hard wood floor, then you have all that gray trim. If you love gray everywhere this is the home for you! I love light neutral colors but a mixture even everything gray in the master that get old real quick. If you were doing gray for the tile and some light gray on the flooring put some white cabinets in or the opposite gray cabinets with a white tile and a solid flooring without gray. I couldn’t handle that. When your not building a custom home their might be some things you want to change but a builder should take this in consideration a homeowner doesn’t want his entire home in gray.
