Five things we learned from MotoGP 2025's first pre-season test
Yamaha was the surprise star of MotoGP's first full 2025 pre-season test, leaping up the order to finish the week as Ducati's main rival.
Ducati's new bike looks extremely fast, but the works team has a big dilemma. And its 2024 could be an early-season headache in its satellites' hands.
Here's what we've learned about all of that, Aprilia's week without its injured champion Jorge Martin and Honda's promising but perplexing start.

The MotoGP 2025 signing who must repair his reputation
มุมมอง 19Kวันที่ผ่านมา
Aprilia's roster of Jorge Martin and Marco Bezzecchi can be a truly phenomenal MotoGP line-up - but only if Bezzecchi overcomes the riding style incompatibility that dragged him down in 2024. But what was this issue that meant Bezzecchi's follow-up to a breakout 2023 was so dire, and what was Aprilia's logic for picking up Bezzecchi amid an obviously rough campaign? And are there any early sign...

Five things we learned about Ducati's new Marquez MotoGP era

Marc Marquez's debut in official Ducati colours was a big deal for those of us so used to him fighting against the red Ducatis instead. I like the fact that a Northern Irish bloke is talking about motorbike racing, but I'm not really convinced by this dude...
Honestly, if he was on an actual motorbike he might be confused for an apple sitting on a razor blade...
no wings please
Don't pretend like Marc is not winning 2025. Just stop.
Bez was having problems on new tyres too. Martin is a fit guy but we won't see him until Friday qualifying in Buriram, if he's lucky.
Yeah with Alpine bruh gonna stick for Inline 4 for 1year
i dont want false hopes
motogp worst from 2021 year
Electronics, fourstrokes and wings f-up motorcycle racing. Riders complaints about turbulence when approaching other bikes.
the ktm moto gp team live for only Red bull
What a load of rubbish.. If Marques can stay on the bike
>Wins with Ducati >Moves to Aprilia >Crashes You reap what you sow, my guy.
The bikes should have wings and shit. Same with active suspension etc
a bike will look gorgeous when it is well designed, with and without wings
Thankyou gentlemen, an honest start to what will prove to be a season of strange twists and turns.
I dont see how MM can be considered a clear favorite, I dont think hes in his prime anymore, makes more mistakes because hes riding as if he still was. Bagnaia has shown some serious character durong the last season. To me its a toss. Dont forget that someone might come out of nowhere and beat them both
yamaha should use semakin di depan slogan again
That's what happens when you're broke. You can't afford two separate liveries.
He started with a bang alright.
Pecco and Marquez will clash. Marquez is rider that will ride in a aggressive way if he thinks, you pass him to aggressive, he will go to any extent to try to beat you, even pushing you off the Track, and that’s a fact.
0:21 Foreshadowing? 😬
Need to change the 'only Michelin' policy, at least allow other companies to come in & give some competition & the atrocious tire pressure rule as well. Would love to see Fabio & Acosta give Ducati some competition this season 🤙
Test times seldomly set the tone for the season ahead
Great channel ! 🏍️ full of great info and data! 📊 subbed!
KTM has had success in MXGP that it never had in MotoGP, but MotoGP has so much visibility and colout, I'd be surprised if it pulls the plug on the project they invested so much in. But it would be bloody awful if they bail out of MotoGP as Suzuki has done.
CONGRATULATIONS FQ20 LETS GO TEAM BLUE
Only reason Honda was ever good was MM93 PERIOD
Patterson's comentaries on Yamaha were spot on, and enlightening. Great post. You just got a new subscriber.

Lets not forget in a couple of year's time, motogp would only be 850cc.
That new V4 for Yamaha has me intrigued, because it’s obviously being developed for top speed. That being said though the chassis and suspension development has been for the cross-plane. I’m looking forward to how they evolve this year with Fabio and the guys.
they're still inline 4
I agree the sprint simulation of the Honda is still really really really poor. So I don't understand why Mir is so happy.. They seem to be 1.5sec off the pace per lap.
Red Bull won 23 of 24 races in 2023, what happend in 2024? Never be over confident.
"I'm not too worried about anybody 1/2 second slower." --Kevin Schwantz 0,500 second slower equals "best of the rest" at best for Yamaha 🤷♂
Love you guys, but seriously what's does Fermin Aldeguer have to do to get a mention. The guy has had a great test, yet nothing. Last year it was all wow, look at Acosta, this is as impressive a start.
HIS NAME IS BEER
Great to see consistent MotoGP content - we've wanted this for years!
The more the better if Fabio is competitive.
If Yamaha and any of the others can challenge the Ducatis then we have a great season ahead. There's a lot of good riders on the grid - just some on shitty bikes
Agree, but based on the tests, I'd like to see Alex in the list as well
Ducati still the favorites in 2025, but Yamaha did big jump
The Marc Marquez and gp24 would have been a deadly combination. The gp25 is a bit confusing.
Miguel is so polite 😂
The last time Ducati weren't sure which way to go with their package in 2022... Gresini bagged round 1, Honda was a top bike and Aprilia became a championship contender. If only we could have that again.
Yamaha and Honda still have grip issues ...and if it persists malaysia is a smoke screen
Bagnaia can kiss where Marc Marquez walks
When will Bridgestone tyre come to motogp and F1 😢
1:59 guys, get rid of those hideous stock footage clips please. Just show the commentators or anything else except those. They devalue the otherwise great content you guys provide. Makes it look like an amateur yt channel
Oh no, not Simon Patterson, the guy who hates the grid girls, 😂
Bcoz the grid girls(will) hate him😅
