👏🏼👍🏼 Bravo! Excellent advice! I find myself telling people about the carnivore woe and they think I'm nuts! 🤪🤣 But I tell the truth. Sometimes they do listen.
I know how deeply this hit home for Jim. He's a very caring person, and speaking with Larry at the gym choked him up. It really emphasizes the point of being KIND, as @Bill Nott always says. You never know what someone else is going through. Your small act of kindness may just be the incentive they need! Listen to them and then know what direction you need to take with your words of inspiration. ❤

Hi Irene...I just went online at Vistaprint.com and with s/h they were $21 and change. I used the category of "steaks" to find a business card that fit the theme.
It's fairly easy to design what you'd like. You can add a line or easily delete one they have pre-made for you by using the commands at the top of the page to change whatever you'd like to make it your own. I got standard ones. Vertical. Square Edged with nothing on the back (that costs more). They came out great and are of much better quality than what I used to do, which was buy blank sheets of horizontal cards and mess up quite a few runs not lining them up perfectly when I printed them out myself, plus printer ink is expensive.
Vistaprint professionally made were much nicer! It takes about 5 days after you order to receive.

Gosh, we get so many different reactions, too. For instance, Jim went in for a follow-up appt with his Ortho doc. He saw Jim back in Oct, and he'd only lost 20 lbs and happy. The doc saw the potential for his patients, but that was about it. This time, the following April, Jim lost 45 lbs, and the whole office was interested, and now the doc wants to try eating that way himself!
This same day, I went shopping for our 2 week meat supply at Costco, and I always joke with the clerks cking you out by saying, "I'm Carnivore, can you tell?" She laughed, and I'm wearing my Beef Butter Bacon and Eggs t-shirt, and I told her that was my grocery list. She looked down and asked me, "But what is your cholesterol? My dad DIED of a heart attack, and I could NEVER eat all you've got in your cart! My kids would be so mad at me if I brought all that home, plus I don't like steak." 😳... who doesn't like steak??? I just told her I've been eating this way for 9 months and my bloodwork is stellar, according to drs that KNOW those that created the upside food pyramid did so to facilitate the prescription of their pharmaceutical drugs. Your Dad most probably ate one heck of a lot of carbs, sugars, starches, grains, and seed oils. She said she eats low-carb and no seed oils. I could tell this was going nowhere, so I gave her my reference card, with my YT channel and a list of our good Carnivore drs and HomesteadHow (Kerry Mann) and left. You can only go so far with some people and just grumble to yourself...damn Ansel Keys, Rockefeller, Carnegie, Flexner, Rothschild, Kellogg, etc. 🤬😈🤬
Use care, but the sentence that seems to work with many is: There's NO CAVE ART showing starches, grains, fruits, or any carbs...it's HUMANS HUNTING MEAT.
Good luck...Humanity Needs to have us help them heal. Knowledge is KEY! Go forth and plant Carnivore seeds! 😃
