Camp Cake - 1 box of jiffy cornbread mix - 1/4 cup sugar - 1 egg - 1/3 milk Mix all together and make at 400 degrees for 15mins then pull out the oven. Poke holes all over cornbread. I like that you used animal fat (bacon grease) for the Roux instead of something like vegetable oil like most folks. Seed oils are poison. Good job! 👍

It is highly processed, I’d recommend substituting it for any sort of melting cheese there. A quick google should give you a bunch of options available locally.
