Mexican Cornbread

Mexican Cornbread
- 2cups yellow corn meal
- 1/2cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4oz cream cheese
- 3 slices of bacon fired and crumbled
- 1/2cup chopped onion
- 4 jalapeno peppers chopped
- 1-16 1/2 oz can of cream-style corn
- 1 lb grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 stick unsalted butter
400degrees for 25-30mins
