Andouille Dip
1 lb andouille diced up
2 lbs ground beef or pork
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 sticks of celery
1 bunch of green onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs velveeta cheese cubed
Cajun seasoning and Garlic Powder to taste

It is highly processed, I’d recommend substituting it for any sort of melting cheese there. A quick google should give you a bunch of options available locally.
