"Kalana" is one of the oldest and most popular breads in the Middle East, which the people of Kurdistan still enjoy baking and eating.
You can use this bread as a healthy meal and you can eat it with yogurt
The percentage of water and salt used in each bread is 60 and 2% respectively, for example, here I had 350 grams of flour, so 60% of 350 is equivalent to 210 grams of water
And 2 percent of 350 is equivalent to 7 grams of salt
So my recipe was these sizes:
350 grams of flour
210 grams of water
7 grams of salt
