24 F sport bought 2 weeks ago.. 2 key fobs and a card Hope people get theirs soon !

I bought 2024 NX350H December 30th, 2023. No second key fob yet😢.

Our 2025 NX250 purchased 5/24 came with only 1 key fob and last week they told me this week but nothing yet.

I bought my NX350h 2024 in Feb 2024. This week I received my second key fob. Finally ... good.

Similar to those above, took delivery of a 2025 NX450h+ (Japanese build) in mid July this year, and only got 1 key. Asked about a 2nd key, and was only told that I’d have to follow up with Lexus directly, and the dealership has no control over when that’ll be made available. No time estimate was provided. Our NX350h from Japan only came with 1 key. We took delivery of it on July 13,2025.

Funny you post this as I just got off the phone with my dealer. Bought my NX 2 months ago, still no second fob. Dealer (Port Moody, BC) told me 9-12 months. Odd I said, when I was signing the papers for the car, it was "2 weeks".

Has anyone tried vehicle wrap over the piano black areas? Should be super cheap given the small area and would keep it like new for when they sell on. You could have any colour you like. I may explore this with a carbon fibre weave when our 450h+ arrives in a week or so. I will be wrapping the frontal areas of the car. Alberta is rock chip central. Massaging seats at this price point is never going to happen. The cost to engineer them into the NX would be prohibitive for the number of orders they would get. Some complain that the sunglasses holder is too small for their giant curved sports glasses. Others complain that it is too big and their glasses rattle. Just can't please everyone. I would like to see a donut spare tire. That's my only beef with this generation NX so far. I may have a point or two once we have used the car for a month. Anyone having this debate should watch the latest "Car Care Nut" video on a 2021 Prius Prime with 341,000 miles on the clock. Owner has needed ZERO maintenance beyond oil, tires and coolant flush. Zero! His car's brakes were only 30% worn. Toyota/Lexus hybrids are the bomb! We now have 190,000 km on our 2012 CT200h, which I bought new. It is about to get its third set of tires. The 12v AGM battery lasted 12 years and was just replaced in April. We have averaged 5.3l/100 km (45 US mpg) over the life of the car, with about 75% of that on the highway. It still looks and operates like new inside and out. I like hearing the truth about Tesla and those green scores. Toyota all the way.

Nice video, but for this DASHCAM on my car, I have three issues 1. How to turn it off, because I’m taking my drivers license and no recording is allowed 2. Sometime when I startup the car, the dash cam beeps 8 times. 3. How to record a video without breaks, such as recording 1 hour video as a whole.

Hybrids are great option the only downside for me is the drone noise once you start accelerating, maybe the performance hybrid have mastered the gear selection like NSX.

Very good. There is however another question asked: Are hybrids more technically complicated than other types of cars? My answer to that is no. A Toyota or Lexus hybrid is a pinnacle of enginuity. In some regions (France included), the users start to realize the benefits of hybrids vehicles on the long term, in light of the very regulated and constrained automotive market that is developping here. Recent statistics show that hybrids correspond to the highest market growth, ahead of BEV or traditional ICE vehicles. This is for a reason !

Toyota's Hybrid System is the way forward. Further efficiency and it's fine for decades to come imo

NX450H+ arrived mid Jan 2024, was told to wait up to 9 mos (!), had 2nd fob programmed a few days ago so it's all good. Was first notified a few weeks back.

My 2015 hybrid is running on 10 years 90k miles, so far no major issues outside routine maintenance. My baseline is my older 1997 Camry that ran 24 years 320k miles with no major issues. If this passes test, the next car will also be hybrid.

I think hybrids are great! I owned a gen 1 NX and a Toyota Venza. I chose gas this time because in the US the Fsport looks better to me. I am not prepared to spend more money to change grill, bumpers, and chrome delete. The 450+ is really hard to find here. If there were a fsport hybrid I would not mind it. I also love cars when it comes to other brands like German.. I like an ICE vehicle to hear the exhaust note and engine start up.

I think you hit it when you suggested that Toyota has lost track of how Lexus differentiates from Toyota. For the effort of splitting hairs among Signia/NX/RX it sure would have been good to upgrade the battery electric vehicles for Toyota/Lexus, or even add more PHEVs.

Is that also available to nx 350 f sport?

I was wondering why the UK configuration shows a panoramic sunroof on the nx450h+. Previously only a standard sun roof has been available for this engine.

I appreciate the wish list. Other high-end car manufacturers provide a more comprehensive set of information and KPIs on their infotainment systems. I was anticipating updates to be more regular and substantial. Lexus certainly has the potential to enhance their offerings in this area.

From the things you mentioned my personal pet peeves in the car are: 1) The steering wheel - more reach adjustment would be very much welcomed. 2)While I do love the interior door releases and find them really intuitive, I wish that Lexus would at least redesign the plastics around them. They tend squeak a lot when one tries to pull them to close/open the doors, and in my opinion it's just not premium.

Hurray! Thank you for consolidating & publishing this list. My thoughts on additions: * How about engine water temperature? When I drive in a hot, hilly area at high speed, it’d be nice to know when the ICE is getting overtaxed or if the cooling system is sub-optimal. * How about oil (all kinds) temperature & pressure? Do the electric motors have temperature sensors that make sense? Battery pack temperatures? Regarding the video points: * Home Screen - Yes! * Fuel Economy (MPG or L/100km) - Yes. I would suggest that the bar charts shown in the trip info need to be reconsidered. Instead of several time slices like done currently, I suggest several columns with different functions -- for all time; for this trip (nice to allow different “trip” settings); since refuel; since start; last few minutes; last minute; last 10 seconds. Ideally, you can set the columns up in a personalized fashion, but that might be hard to keep simple. Also, for each column, a digital readout is needed otherwise it’s not possible to differentiate 37 vs 36. Finally, hairlines should be used to show the scale (say 20/25/30/35/40mpg) across all the bars. * Range On EV/HV/Charge - Yes! * Tire Pressure - Yes! I suggest that the center LCD might want a popup like feature for “critical changes” like the tire pressure changing by more than 1 unit (psi in this case) since last read. * Navigation - Yes please do remember the direction of travel vs north setting. I would also like it if I could adjust where the vehicle icon shows up on the map to say 30% behind me & 70% in front of me. Thus, we’d get to see more of where we’re going than where we’ve been. * Full LCD in driver view - Sure, that’d be good. * Custom Gauges - Yes, but harder to do. * Cruise Control - Not sure I agree as w/ the HUD, you can see the choices on the HUD which is where I want my attention…not on the buttons on the wheel. * Fresh Air - Maybe, but my concern is adding yet another physical button. The idea of a virtual button is interesting, but where do you put it and still make it easy to find quickly? * Driver Temp Override - I agree with you that this is not necessary (or I also don’t understand). * Physical AC Buttons - I think that Lexus made a reasonable tradeoff between physical & virtual controls for the AC. * Different Fan Speeds - Each of the dash air outlets has a thumbwheel that adjusts how much air comes thru…isn’t this what they’re asking for? The virtual fan control is the “maximum” air that could come out & you fine tune with the individual air outlets. My wife & I do this adjustment all the time.

Given the 450 is considered the ‘cream of the crop’ of the NX range, it should DEFINITELY come with the Mark Levinson as standard! Also, here in Aus the front seat cooling isn’t strong enough. My previous car was much better.

There are a bunch of things they can do better regarding memorizing last setting after power cycle. Like s-flow, last AC setting. Etc... it keeps defaulting those values, especially when I turn off the AC and turn it back on later.

The trip information screen definitely needs a rework. It shows such limited information when I’m sure Lexus is collecting every granular detail for diagnostics and product development

I like to have an NX with the RX 500 engine.

Interesting to see the wish list on this topic. Maybe each driver has his own way to use and customize the system... I agree about the home screen, this could help the overall useability. Also, the full digital instrument cluster is definitely an evolution that would bring a significant improvement. I prefer so much the digital instrument cluster from our LBX... One detail about tire pressure : when one tire has a problem (a different pressure than the others), then the pressures are displayed in the current multi-information display, on both HUD or non-HUD versions.

I actually got the wood trim covers to cover up the piano block because anytime I put something in the cupholder. It would almost automatically scratch that piano, black and sometimes on really sunny days with the panoramic roof open. It reflects right back in your eyes so that’s an easy solve what I hate the most is that passenger side like it just has no character no variation whatsoever it just looks awful so I actually recently purchased some interior leather and I’ll upload pictures when I finish but essentially it’s just gonna break up all that blackon the passenger side

I have a 2023 NX 450h+. Still no update since the February one. I'm stuck on 2050. I tried the USB update, but it says I'm up to date. I suppose I'll keep waiting.

Got my deposit ready to go, can’t wait. Hopefully the configuration site goes live soon in Aus. Btw the yellow brakes are available as part of the ‘bespoke’ package, as well as a bunch of other trim options.

I have a 2024 20:30 NX 350 I did not realize I don’t have remote start. I pushed the lock button on the key fob 3 times and no start

My first Lexus vehicle and I noticed the vehicle had to be running before the windows can be lowered. My previous GM car turning the accessory to on will allow the windows to be lowered. It’s nice to have air circulation without have the car running especially if you are in the car waiting for someone

Why is there a setting to open driver & front passenger door only?

Japan obviously didn’t factor in all the salt you use on your winter roads. 8 years seems ok to me, by then these cars will be worth 1/4 of their new value anyway.

For me: 1) Spare tire - at least a donut. Please! 2) Better rear view from the driver seat to the left/right rear. 3) Consider pedestrian safety in the design of the front & grille. Current is too flat/vertical. 4) Camera removable storage for front/rear for crash/theft recording. 5) Rear wiper: YES... hide it. 6) Better ride quality... make the F Sport really stiff, but make the luxury softer. 7) Re Acoustic Glass... again, maybe no for F Sport & yes for luxury? 8) Washers for cameras: maybe.

For me, the big deals are: 1) At least a donut spare! 2) 110VAC plug at least in the rear. 3) Better rear quarter views.Hard to see pedestrians from the driver seat when backing up. Yeah, the video isn't terrible, but...! 4) Headrests that are front/back adjustable. 5) Wireless charger - do it really well or don't bother. 6) Wireless interface to car - flaky is really painful. 7) Integrate removable digital storage into front/rear cameras for crash/theft records. 8) Consider dust (reduce piano black)! 9) Consider real world cleaning (more robust plastics) 10) Better seats: wider/lumbar/thigh 11) Would be nice if the "charge mode" had a slow/fast setting. Otherwise, the list that LSFT has is pretty good.

Wondering how you lifted the rear wipers? I can’t seem to find the instructions in the owner manual

2022 350h owner 1. Better interior color options! Give us a light option that is solid. Just a basic almond beige please!!! 2. Lose the openable extended moonroof and add option to frost roof to block sun instead. Even Toyota venza has had this for years. 3. Fix AC so you don’t have to close front vents to get air to go to passengers in rear seat. When they offer a light interior option I’ll trade up. Until then I’m eyeing other brands. I’d return to RX that I loved but the body of it is so dowdy now.
