the easiest way is to get authorities to check the port before cars get shipped out.... I just dont understand how the police arent cracking down on just this ... - How many ports are these cards going out from?? - what is so tough about checking large containers containing cars - checking documents for shipping out cars?
I think that is what they are starting to do. They added scanners in Brampton to make sure what goes out is scanned. We hope in the next few months we will see if things get better or not.

So sad I am paying nearly 400 CAD per month for my NX450h+ insurance, I have my G license for 25+ years and never had any accident.
