When you get the letter around late August, there should be information. The fix is just to replaced the headrest. Should be very simple fix.

Christ, what is up with Toyota. Tundra, Tacoma, Lexus LX, now the RX and NX? That’s more models than any other manufacturer
They also offer more models than most manufacturers as well.
