Well Steve I am nearly 73 years of age and I have to say that from 1960's to today without a doubt you are up there as one of the Guitar Greats . I could never in all honesty designate you the Greatest. For me it was Jimi Hendrix , Sfevie Ray Vaughan , Jeff Beck , Eric Clapton etc etc. There have been so many. Bless you Mr Talent supreme . $😊 You are up there with them. Appreciation of each individual varies from day to day.

The mans solo albums are great progressive chord changes, his lead work is great I love Water On Ares off his Memory Crash. He covered a great choice of psychedelic sounds. Very well done.

Always knew who he was but I had no idea he was so human, like a kid, still excited about his guitar after all the years and accolades.
