I am soooooo glad you visited this steakhouse. With all my Vegas trips, I never thought to go there. The menu is very creative and many things are those you'd never find elsewhere. The prices are doable, the sides are wondereful, and the quality is as good as it gets. Thanks for the post.
Another winner guys! Your food choices accentuated the strengths here. The sauce options with the tomahawk put it over the top. It looks like they have hit their stride. Your genuine reactions have clinched it for me. Echo & Rig has been added to the list. Nice way to end the series on a high note. Until next time thanks for your efforts.
Great job. Thank you for the review. We visit Las Vegas often and are always searching off-strip for the best eateries. We find that the food is generally better and the prices are considerably less.
Thanks for your review. I stay at Suncoast when I run races at Mt. Charleston or Red rock canyon. I go right by that place to eat at Cheesecake factory! Sounds like it's worth a visit.
Hi Guys: You just gave me a possible reason to visit LV! This steakhouse was a real winner! Just the Happy-hour offerings were enough! Now at $2.70 Oz for that quality steak which included 6 sauces & chips & a bread & butter serving that was a super, super value. Yes , I love Brussel Sprouts as well😅 My question is, why didn't you sit in-doors in the air-con? This was my favorite video of your LV streakhousse tour❤
Would love to know what you think of it if you visit! Such unbelievable value. If we lived in Vegas we would be going back here all the time. Haha it was a really nice spring day! I think if you tried to sit out there right now you might melt! Thanks so much for watching!
That Tomahawk was a good deal and those Butcher Fries!?!?!? Mouthwatering!!!!. Those were excellent Happy Hour prices too. There are a lot of gems off the strip. Thank you guys for highlighting them!!! Are you guys ever coming to SoCal? "Like"
I know right! We'd love to take a trip to SoCal. This year we've got a few trips planned around the east coast but hopefully we can get something on the calendar soon. When we visit, where should we try?
@@travelfuller Awesome. we get some rain in March and April, then the June gloom (grey overcast mornings during May and June) so July might be the best time to come. There are tons of options in LA and I highly recommend their street taco scene. Its like going to Mexico without going to Mexico. Here in San Diego we're all about Craft beer and the Fish Tacos are a must!
Great choice, next time perhaps another locals favorite like Cleaver? (they have a sister restaurant Herbs & Rye, but Cleaver is more in keeping with the vibe of this channel as H&R is your "local town steakhouse")
We nearly went to Herbs and Rye but our friends from Vegas told us it had fallen off a bit lately. But Cleaver sounds like a great option! Hopefully we can check them out on a future trip!
There are so many steakhouses in Vegas, glad you stopped and gave reviews. When we are out there we always get into a steakhouse. Delmonico at the Venetian is good, Craftsteak at MGM Grand is one of our go to steakhouses, Bones @ Red Rock Resort is very good. We tried Strip House at Planet Hollywood, it was very good. Too bad you missed Heritage @ Mirage, it was a really good wood fire steak house. We were out there last when the Mirage closed, sad to see it go. Great video series! Your reviews were informative. Tip when trying to get a close up of food on a fork, put your hand behind it so the camera focuses on the food, it gets blurry if you dont have a back ground behind the piece of food. Keep up the videos, great honest reviews. Dont go to Gallaghers @ NyNy. Food was terrible there cold and overcooked.
Thanks for all the recommendations! There are so many great ones to try, we’ll have to plan a trip back. Surprised Gallaghers wasn’t good tho! The original location in NYC is amazing
Oh do I love a delicious tomahawk!! I rarely bother with sauce. Char and medium rare!! Add a Martini or a Negroni and I am in bliss!! Oh do I want those fries!! Looks so fabulous!! I like the idea of this cauiflower!!🙂
Yes! We rarely do too but always like trying them for these videos. That sounds amazing! And the cauliflower was incredible, we're going to try to make some at home!
Yes this steakhouse is a gem and getting a steak like that under $100 bucks well worth it. They also have a butcher shop inside to buy steaks to cook at home
If you're in Orlando again, you should check out Linda's La Cantina, it has old school vibes like Bern's, though less haunted mansion-esq, they have great Steaks, and are a great value too
You don't want a fancy cocktail with a steak. You want a chilled red wine. I'm trying to help. Bite of steak. Sip of wine. No fancy cocktail. And here's the amazing thing. If you have the wine without food, you may not like it. If you sip that very same wine with the steak, you will love it.
That is not true at all, you can drink whatever you want with a steak, it won't and doesn't matter. I have had everything from plain H2O to the finest martinis, Negronis, Manhattan's, G&T's Krug, Dom Perignon, Cristal champagne, Bordeaux's, Barolo's, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel's with steak. It doesn't matter at all. You don't want any old red wine, you will want a full/fuller bodied red wine and it should be served at around 60-65°F. I have eaten complete steak meals in Las Vegas with only water and others where I could hardly stand up after all the alcohol I had during the meal. The food is the food and it should be able to stand up by itself. Now, does a very nice bottle of wine complement a steak, sure it does and does it make for a great evening, hell yes. But to each their own, I personally find fancy cocktails a waste as many of them are too sugary and sweet for my tastes. But it is Vegas and they sell tons of cocktails and make tons of money from them, they make the most profit from mixed/fancy cocktails, so of course they are going to sell/upsell them.
Just stay at Redrock! Great casino and solid food plus all the local stuff surrounding it. Not to mention a mall next door, a baseball stadium and a ice rink where the knights practice!
I see what you mean, she should take some cues from Will. However, it is just not her, it is almost everyone her age, manners are being lost, left, right and center. Look at the way most people on TH-cam hold their cutlery and the way most of them dress, class and manners are things of the past!!

Thank you for traveling off the beaten track. Echo & Rig seems like a great place. Bravo!
Thanks for watching! This was absolutely one of our favorites!
@@travelfuller Next time try the Rib-Eye Cap. You'll never go back after that. That's my wife and I favorite. We are locals.

Definitely.
Yaaay. Another Kristin and Will video. I love you guys. 😊
Thanks! That really means a lot!
That looks like a great place to dine with my sweetheart! I'm living vicariously through you since I've never been to Vegas!! Cheers!
this has been on my radar and I appreciate the video and great review! love your amazing energy, your channel will blow up in due time!

Really enjoyed this video, asalways. Not seen this restaurant come up before
Thanks! Yeah we want to start featuring smaller less known restaurants and this one was incredible
I’ve been there several years ago. Great place to eat and as you two showed; you didn’t have to spend 3 or 4 hundred for a great meal.

I love all your Steakhouse videos.
There is also one in Henderson I love this place. Their food is always amazing.
Incredible a place that provides high end food at those prices can survive in Vegas. Kudos to them.
Definitely! It would be great if they were a little closer to the strip. Maybe some of the overpriced ones would have to come down a little

Whooooooooooooaaa love that place!!!! I live here in Henderson..Whooooooooooooaaa Vegas Baby.
We’re so jealous! We need a place like this in New York!
Great resturant !!! I am lucky ,, i live right down the street ,, i could walk home ,, especially after a few of the great cocktails !!!!!
So lucky! If we could walk there we’d be there all the time!
Wao!!
We loved it 👌🏼
Please consider doing a review on Jeju Noodle Bar (MIchelin star) in Manhattan.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Day one customer for their tivoli village location over a decade ago, they really are a hidden gem. Best bang for buck.
That's amazing! The best price to quality steakhouse we've ever tried
Love a good cocktail with my steak. Makes the meal more enjoyable
It’s a home run when a steakhouse gives you complimentary sides especially in Vegas #wulffdendad
For sure!

Kristin attacking that bone! 🦴
That whole meal looked 🔥
Thanks for the info.
Thanks for watching!
That tomahawk steak looks amazing!
I've yet to try this place and it's right by my house! Soooooon
I'm guessing the steaks were Choice (not Prime) given the lower costs. Good restaurant though, I've been there before.
For fattier steaks i prefer more of a medium so the fat is able to render, looks great!
Good to know! We’ll have to try two side by side some time to see which we prefer!
What’s the best steak in Disney though?
We've heard its at Le Cellier in Epcot so we'll have to try it next time we're in Orlando!
@ my husband liked yachtsmans ribeye the best, better than Le cellier. Interested in hearing your guys thoughts!!
Shoot we almost went there instead of Steakhouse 71! Guess we've got two to check out next time
So which 3 of the 6 steakhouses were your favorites!
There are pros to each of them but probably SW, Golden Steer and Echo & Rig!
Don’t be telling all the touristas all of our local favorites. LOL. I’ve lived here since the 70’s and this is one of our favorite local spots.
Haha yeah that’s the problem with making videos like this! They deserve the business but being a hidden gem is what we like best about it
$124 for a steak meal in Las Vegas is very reasonable.

Kristin is a tomahawk!
Ok, sure you have heard this but alittle Adam Sandler would be funny
lol when u factor the uber back and forth you might as well eat the steaks on the strip. this is only a deal for locals or people in the area.
Just stay at Redrock! Great casino and solid food plus all the local stuff surrounding it. Not to mention a mall next door, a baseball stadium and a ice rink where the knights practice!
Tomahawk is bone in ribeye. Which is barely better then boneless ribeye.
Only watched for your gf/wife
its pretty lazy commentary to call something "asian fusion" just because you taste a hint of soy sauce on the cauliflower
Lighten up, Francis
Yeah, don’t be a hater.
Nerd Alert: 😂 Kristin stop chewing with your mouth open. Disgusting
