Top 34 Chang’e player in my country. I use Attack Speed Chang’e whenever there’s no enemy so I can push all the way. I don’t really care if I die all I care is getting those damn turrets since my allies aren’t trust worthy. If you want mage or attack speed Chang’e, Use Mage build chang’e since u can one shot enemies with your first skill and ultimate. But if you wanna go for push, Attack Speed is your option. The Mage Build for Chang’e is. 1. Demon Boots(for Mana Regeneration) 2. Sky Piercer/Glowing Wand(Execute, Anti-Heal) 3. Holy Crystal(Abnormal Amount of Magic Power) 4. Blood Wings(Movement Speed, Magic Power) 5. Divine Glaive(Penetration for enemies who built Radiant Armor.) 6. Wishing Lantern(Extra penetration)

one thing golden staff does instead of windtalker is that golden staff after 2 bs can give you +100 atk speed, meaning every 2 bs 100+ atk speed, that's very good compared to windtalker even thou it gives u movement speed, which u can change using emblem

i recommend going for swift boots, feather of heaven, golden staff, any magic items that chang'e can use like holy crystal, and you can add extra more atk spd lifesteal if you want more energetic fast basic atk spd and survivavility

Windtalker nah. Only feather of heaven and the emblem is enough. Then sky piercer. Alotting 3 items for atk speed is not too good IMO. If you get hit and lose your shield, the items are not much beneficial.
