Julian's buff is really awesome this time. You can spam your Enhanced Basic Attacks without a full combo. This allows him to intersperse Basic Attacks in his combo, maximizing the effect of Starlium Scythe. You can do 2→BA→3→BA→1→BA combo.
I even tried to build CDR Build on Julian, and I got this result:
My Enhanced Basic Attacks duration has not yet ended, but I can use a combo to extend its duration. If you can keep using combos, your Enhanced Basic Attacks are almost infinite.
I'm not using the Genius Wand right now, I'm using the Starlium Scythe instead. Feather of Heaven and Concentrated Energy are helping him so much that I can't replace them. Especially Concentrated Energy, it's super satisfying after I bought it. Of course I'm still trying to decide whether to add the Genius Wand back into this build.
That's if the enemies "let" you get away with not unleashing full combo straight away. It's tough to do unless you're 1v1 and super fed. CDR build can definitely work tho, but relies alot on not getting CC'ed.

Julian is way too broken if enemy doesn't have hard cc. And not many people know how much he can snowball if left alone. Very good video btw, I learnt a lot from this.

For julian mid is it ok to use cd boots cuz no blue buff, and for level 1 skill which better s1 first or s3, i like s3 julian when julian mid cuz can immobilize enemy can gank level 1 mage
CD Boots is fine if you're going for a CD build. I'd only go S3 if I'm playing with a friend who's a roamer to gank together. Otherwise, S1 is typically better for clearing the first wave IMO.

julian used to be my main when i was still stuck in epic and legend, nowadays in mythic he can be countered with cc pretty easily but with the correct team and enemy line-up he can absolutely dominate the game 😤
I guess same can be said for most fighter junglers 😄

Julian skills get unlocked when he is at lvl 3….. I take my blue frst n thn take one creep from enemy jungle… n Thn I try to invade red buff…. Sometimes I get unlucky though 🤧🤧
I won't really take such risks in solo as I can't rely on teammates to back me up in case the enemy defends their jungle. Especially now that there's 15% more damage taken in the enemy jungle, it's more consistent to just clear you own before fighting.
I think starlium is a better concentrate energy just less sustain as a tradeoff.

I think he's decent in exp but has to play more passive overall since he can't outsustain most meta exps. I'd probably go for Blood Wings, Glaive or Starlium as the last slot
@@RubyRubyRubyGameplay that's how I feel about him in exp too! I've been looking for a way to play him other than jungle because it's always taken but it's hard playing him even in mid (which imo fits him better than exp). Can't play jungle when my match history shows I have the most with roam.
