Learning is Life.
I learn by indulging my curiosity and by doing and testing new (to me) theories and ideas against incumbent notions. To gain knowledge and understanding and to absorb what's valuable and true into my belief system and daily living.
Let's see what sticks. Shall we begin?

First Ruck in Seoul 2023 | What Is Rucking?

When I first heard about Rucking, it took me back to my youth when I would visit Korea on summer break and go hiking with my grandpa. Him and his friends would carry big hiking bags full of food, cooking equipment and gear up and down the mountain. It's no wonder why my Grandfather was still hiking up mountains well into his 80s and early 90s. So, Rucking. It's my new... old thing. Follow If Yo...

He looks like uncle roger isn't he? 😅 sorry 😊❤❤
Shes so close on that move. Try pivoting your hips more to the right. That way, more of the weight is shifted right and on the right leg, putting less strain on the arms. Other than that, maybe she can use the volume below instead of the top one since she isn't as tall as you. But not sure if that one works.
They changed that wall already but thanks for the advice! You climb in seoul?
Cool! I'm a fairly advanced climber and I recently spent a month in korea -- my impression of most korean gyms is that they seem to top out around v9 or so in difficulty, so I had to go to a bunch of different gyms to get varied climbing as I usually would finish all the climbs (or maybe all but one) in a typical gym. There are a few for comp climbers that are significantly more difficult though! It's also really cute that people film so much in korea. Gogo IG!
Discipline to become bigger, boulder and stronger. Wait, bolder?

You know I have an odd dream that one day that Filipino bbq will be popular in korea as Korean bbq is popular here
It's entirely possible :)
When visiting Philippines. You could try rarest and tasty cuisines 1) Relyenong Bangus/ Stuffed milkfish - in Philippines its common but in other asian countries its difficult to find because it difficult to prepare deboning of fish is the most challenging part but its really tasty. Raisins and green peas and shredded carrots compliments its ground fish meat. Could be eaten with ketchup also as dip 2) Putobumbong - its a purple rice cake usually being eaten at night after church masses. Usually common when Christmas is near. Around November to January its being sold. Best experience if you have hot beverage like cacao, chocolate, tea or coffee. 3) Lechon - can be pork or chicken. Both are good 4) Bagnet - crispier version of liempo, Ilocos province is best at it. You could try longganisang vigan also if so happen visited Ilocos. 5) Pancit Chami - A noodle made of miki noodles. It has veggies, pork/beef meat and broth. Its gives a savory sweet and spicy taste. One of the most delicious pancit kind in Philippines. Commonly seen in the province like Batangas or Quezon province 6) Cassava cake 7) Buko pie
All sound like great options. I really need to visit...

Filipino here from the US. This brings me so much joy watching y'all enjoy our food. You ordered the perfect drinking food combination right there. Sisig's taste is unique. The combination the fat, the citrus and the saltiness makes it memorable. Thank you for making this video.
Thanks for watching. I really enjoyed making this video. In particular the food ;)
I am from Cebu and I thank you for loving our food😊. Hope you will comeback here and see you, and treat you more Philippines Cebuano foods and delicacies 🎉
Jasmine rice is originally from the Philippines. It was created in the 60's by IRRI in Los BanosLaguna .It was very expensive inthe Pilippines during that time..Thailand commercially produced it withJasmine-Milagrosa rice on 25 lbs bag (3-elephants heads).
uncle roger
Kangkong (Ipomoea aquatica) is popularly known as Water Spinach, but in some parts of Asia, yes Water Morning Glory :) and I suggest mix the sisig first before eating so the egg "coats" the bits and pieces of meat :) Should you want more recommendations, go for the Filipino SiLog, the myriad variation of Filipino breakfast food :) or even the "Kakanin"
You say Fil handle the utensils as you demonstrated, but Fil who are trained with table etiquette wld handle it properly.
Yes sure, but I actually enjoyed eating that way. Way more effective ;)
water spinach - kangkong
@15:40 is the right way to hold a spoon. @19:22 is the wrong way to hold your spoon. Or at least that's what we were taught. And once you're done eating, you place your spoon and fork together at an angle on the plate.
