Hi James I’m going to start my Munro journey this year with my son was just wondering where do you get your route planning maps from
@@LK-ik8ov thats amazing - enjoy! Walkhighlands website has every single munro route with excellent route descriptions 😁
@ thanks very much James 👍
Absolutely massive congratulations! Enjoyed watching the journey bud 👍 🎉
Nice one James, great achievement, very well done.
Thank you Andy 😁
Done Ben cruachan in the summer was class
Amazing Achievement!! Congratulations. I've been watching and following your videos for a couple of years now, as I start my journey (21 and counting). You seem like a genuinely cracking lad. Thanks for documenting and again, congratulations! 🎉
Absolutely amazing! what are the names of the beautiful songs in the video?
Hi James. I have just seen your last film and as always it is superb. May I congratulate you on a fantastic achievement, not just climbing all 282 Munros but filming your adventures so brilliantly and allowing us to share your journey. I have followed you for the last two years and have been inspired by you to climb more Munros. I will never climb them all, especially the remote ones but at least I have seen them thanks to your films. You should be very proud of yourself, I am very saddened that there are no more to watch, I looked forward to them and I wish you all the very best in whatever adventures you take on in life. Thank you again Stephen D
Huge congratulations! Loved watching your videos over the years! Not only did you make me fall in love with our homeland in the way you captured the mountains, Beluga lagoon also has a special place in my heart, all because of you and your awesome music choices❤
Please re-think your attitude to the hills. You’re not there to ‘smash’ them. You’re there to appreciate, respect and love them. These are special & spiritual places. Don’t approach them as tourists.
@@neilmacdonald5064 this might be the first video of mine you have watched. I respect the mountains more than most, these videos are made to show the amazing scenery we have in Scotland. That being said the 282 Munros is a challenge so its only natural to want to achieve the end goal 👍
whats this hike Trail called ??
Congrats James. As as EU citizen, your movies are very helpfull for me making right choices for Munro Baging. Coming every year to Scotland is always a bit of roulette (weather wise). So watching your movies I am able to make sensible choices were NOT to go ;) as Scottish hills are not very high, but weather is the real enemy. Great job and thank you for the educational part of your work.Scottish mountaineering is so different from what we have here, as we say its very raw :)
Congratulations James, two great achievements - your Munro round and a full set of videos. Loved the piper, so glad to see you've got friends and family who love you and celebrate with you 🎉🎉🎉 (PS please do the Corbetts!)
Great achievement and a lovely tribute. 🎉
Thank you!
Well done! Have absolutely loved these videos, especially through lockdown and then a couple of nasty injuries which I thought meant I'd never get back to the hills! Have just booked a trip to the alps, and winter skills in Scotland! What's next for you James?! :)
Thank you! Not sure what is next, probably some more wild camping and long distance trails 😁
Many many congratulations on completing the big uns... and thank you for documenting your journey... and sharing them with us.... 👍
Thank you 😁
A huge congratulations to you 🎉! I've really enjoyed watching your journey. Well done!
Thank you - glad you enjoyed it 😁
Congratulations Sir! What's next? Revisiting each of clagy ones when the weather is good? 😂
Thank you 😁 - yes a revisit will be on the cards!
Well done mate - massive achievement - but so sad to hear about Dave - I heard about the accident but didn’t realise it was Dave - very sad - seemed like such a lovely bloke
Thank you - yes Dave was a great man. Will be missed for sure.
Can I let go of my table leg now, please?
Really enjoyed this one. Especially the 'looking back on the journey' section. It really added a lot of feeling to the video. Any other 'best bit' type videos or similar would be a great watch I'd say.
Thank you 😁 should be a full highlight video coming in the future!
I never did any Munros in the Cuillins. I now know why.
Congratulations, James, and hats off! What a fantastic day, all gods were on your side, somit seems. Thank you so much for all the awesome footage and the entertaining way you presented your adventures. It has been great fun and it would be hard to accept not to hear and see more from you. Happy Christmas and all the best for the upcoming year. Keep it up and enjoy yourself, best regards, Martin
Thank you for following the adventures Martin 😁🏔
big congratulations to you on your completing your journey its been great watching your journey .
Thank you 😁
Excellent Video James - thank you. Definitely a pair of White Tailed Sea Eagles I would say - I've seen them many times in the Western Isles but never that far East - stunning creatures - like Flying Labradors
Congratulations James on your recent compleation. It has been great getting to view your well filmed, inspirational Munro adventures over the last few years. I hope you continue to publish new videos of your days in the Scottish mountains. ATB Derek
Thanks Derek 😁🏔
Top man James, great series and well earned, keep going with your adventures
Thank you 😁
Fantastic achievement James ,thoroughly enjoyed your adventures over the past couple of years 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you 😁
Congratulations James. Well done 🍻 We have enjoyed watching your journey and it has inspired us to get bagging too 😄
Thank you - glad the vids have inspired you to head out 😁🏔
A massive well done what a fantastic achievement. It's been a real pleasure watching your channel following you along the way.
Thank you 😁
No same music bye bye
Unwatchable with lawful music, lovely stream noises but ruined. If the next is the same that’s the end for me of promising series
These were a good few years ago now, the videos have changed a lot 👍
A big congratulations to you James on compleating your Munro journey 👏 🏔. A fantastic achievement. Brilliant that you have got all the videos to look back at years down the line. Well done 👏
Cheers Stevie, part of the club now 😂🏔
@@ScottishMunroJourney haha brilliant 👏
Amazing mate congratulations! Does anyone know what song is playing at 5:30 Thanks and well done again
Thank you 😁 It is Beluga Lagoon - Rainbows
Well done.Enjoyed them all.
Thank you 😁
James - congrats++ you are a fantastic ambassador for Scotland! Loved all episodes. I lived in Scotland for a decade until 1994, and have been back from Toronto most years for a May week of hills with my Glasgow buddies, now up to 160 at my 65th birthday - inspired to spend more time in Scotland to finish. Suggest make a playlist of your music to enjoy? Very fitting tribute to finish. John K (placentadoc)
Thank you John, glad you have been enjoying the videos - I was born in 1994 😂 most of my music is Beluga Lagoon, a great artist! Cheers, James
Congratulations James thank you for entertaining us all and letting us join in your celebrations
Thank you 😁
