Clean reps for the first three. The last two your form broke down and you muscled em up with your lower back. Try focusing on leg drive and remember your 30 now so you might want to consider keeping injury prevention in mind as well. Keep up the progress 👍
@@christisking4088 can't change shape of skeleton it makes form look bad. I did that because it felt more natural in that position and it's my first time exercising or hex bar deadlifting in awhile. it felt awkward lifting it.
@sorerandsmall you not using your legs is what makes the form look bad and also be bad as far as lifting goes. I don't want to hear anything about skeletal structure bro. I'm 6'4, I know about long limbs

the secret of my bench is dig upper back into bench with shoulders retracted tight, push chest out.. grip bar medium wide.. onrack, deep breathe in, push chest out.. on eccentric bend bar bring elbows closer to body.. slowly lower. Holding breath whole time . Stay tight in all upper body muscles. Set bar on chest. Bend bar bringing elbows in.. drive through feet ..and launch it 👍 good luck. Have fun.
