    The platform wouldn't allow the bar to stay straight. It kept rolling uneven on left side

    hello i read a comment you made on a john heart video about mike mentzer training a muscle every 3 weeks or so directly and it keep in my head what you said about structural muscle damage and training a muscle in anadapted state that takes a minimum o 10 days to recover and find it very interesting im a mentzer fan but like many always afraid of not training a muscle at least 1.5 times in a week..lately i am becoming very strong i dont know why but with that i been thinking of reducing the frequency of training at least for bigger bodyparts chest lats quads to once every 8 to 10 days and i saw your comment and im very interesting in know more if you can share with me i be thankful or share the source of information to do my own research thanks in advance! sorry for my english im from argentina
