Nice👍 Whats your opinion about explosive lifting vs slow lifting? Would explosive lifting create more muscle damage?
Begining the eccentric motion fast and forcing it to go slower and pause at the bottom then explode in the concentric is best for muscle damage.. not so much for heavy lifts though..
