    Whats your opinion on training to failure in one set? Because that is what im currently do HIT style, but I wonder if it's the best to create DOMS...🤨

      I think training to failure in 1 set is good if the weight is enough ... Something that is very hard almost impossible to get 10 reps but in the brain your thinking 12 reps.. the best way to create DOMS is take at least 5 days off in between workouts and never do the same exercise each workout. That's how DOMS happens. Untrained exercise. U can't do it regularly..
