Now that ive finished the video it feels like you dont understand the shaggy dog story style of humor at all. The whole point of the show is that every episode is a shaggy dog story, its the focus of the shows comedy. Makes me curious on how you feel about norm MacDonald's humor.

Something you missed is that the creators of this show got tired of it and didn't think it would last as long as it did. Fans wanted it to go on forever but the writers on purpose wrote crazier and crazier episodes just in hopes that they would get canceled.
