What if it's my right hip
@@devinbanks6144 I have another video for that. Refer to my channel to find it👍
Hi! Thank you for this video it really helped me a lot! 1 day of eye exercise made a lot of difference in my vision. The pain/strain in my left eye improved and I was able to work today without feeling dizzy. Thanks
What's your experience with old internal scars from surgery leading to decreased range of motion? I understand cold laser could be beneficial during the first stages of healing, but what success have you had with treating chronic decreased range of motion from old scars?
Hi Samuel, it can definitely aid in helping make the tissue more elastic, but other manual treatments to help break up scar tissue should be used.
pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4126803/ In dermatology, LLLT has beneficial effects on wrinkles, acne scars, hypertrophic scars, and healing of burns. LLLT can reduce UV damage both as a treatment and as a prophylaxis.
Its melanin Not Melatonin.
At the very least the small devices used at home can reduce inflammation pain so that you don't have to use systemic drugs that attack your biome which is known to be the core of your immune response...also I can testify to the infrared/ red light 'rooms' can cut sinus/ chest colds in half in symtoms and time.

I suspect I have type 4 hostal hernia what to do.
First time I have done this video. I feel dizzy. Difficult to breath. Plus I can hardly eat anything. No fun. Months now.
Just found your videos toady and followed along as best I could. I found them very helpful and appreciate your level of knowledge. It hurt quite a bit but did feel it diminish as I relaxed into things. I have lower back SI join problems so I don't know for sure if this is the right thing to do but it felt good. I also have a hiatal hernia and I think I saw another video you posted about that and it was helpful. You mentioned doing the toe exercise while in line at Tim Hortons - are you Canadian?
100% Canadian. I say sorry a lot too LOL

Hi Michelle, could the dural tension be the cause of my lower back pain?, I’ve struggled with my lower back for 7 months keeping me out of sports, and I’ve realised when bending my neck I feel a sharp all down my spine
I have to be honest, the minute I turned this video on and saw such a pretty face, I had no expectations for anything in depth. Thank you for this video, really helpful for my wife
I got a quick relief from these exercises. I have had sinus pressure for some time now, feels like my head is about to explode. I started to have vertigo and dizziness a month ago though, and started to grow white hairs and I'm onkt 17, does hair becoming white have anything to do with sinusitis? 😢
The title of this video is Cold Laser Therapy ...... Is the Cold Laser Therapy different from High Intensity Laser Therapy?
Yes it is different, “cold laser” is otherwise know as “Low Intensity Laser Therapy”
Are these exercises suitable for a reverse s curve?
Is this safe with hiatal hernia?😅
I would recommend this video instead: th-cam.com/video/3SPBy0eTu6E/w-d-xo.htmlsi=jgIv2p3oOAchOXO7
It's my TOE condria. Not '"my cho".
Thank you so much for these natural maneuvers for hiatal hernia. I can feel my stomach moving downward as I do the C shape massage. After 40 years of suffering with a HH I am certain that it can be reversed naturally.
I wish we could know for sure if these are legit treatments or just elaborated scams, too difficult nowadays
한국에서도 경험할 수 있습니까? 😊
Thank you Nichelle ! I will do these faithfully ❤
Hey Nichelle! I definitely have dural tension, so thank you for this helpful video!! How much discomfort is too much discomfort when doing these treatments? I don't feel any numbness or tingling, but it's slightly painful in the upper back, especially when I move onto the second phase of movements where the leg is extended... Thanks! Sam
Hi Sam, when working with the nerves, it's always better to stay away from any range that even gives slight pain. So go more for a "tension pull" feeling, not a "tension pain" feeling. You can always go for a little more range of motion the next time if you felt good, but you can't undo the workout if you push yourself too hard. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
Okay thanks for the reply Nichelle! I’ll let you know how I get on with it. Think I might need to revert to doing just the first part of the session for a bit…
Where’s your clinic located? Wish you were by me in Long Island, NY
Too bad! I’m located in northern Ontario.. Canada
Hello Doctor, Can ACL legment Tear can be cured using laser therapy or need to opt for Surgery. Which one is better?
Hi, it depends how severe the tear is. If it’s a full tear however, no amount of laser would be able to heal that.
@@nichellethomson8299 It's a partial tear grade 2
Thata great if you can stretch both arms up. I cant raise my left arm
Try to use the right arm and make the modifications needed based on your physical conditions. Doing something is always better than nothing :)
I love this, you actually exercise with us.
This is exercise for levoscolosis curve?
These exercises can help
How many times a day should I do these exercises. Thank you
as needed
My Cold laser is always shining red red, it never is not visible. When shining the Cold Laser against an object It has three dots of red laser light and two dots of a different looking lred light which is supposed to penetrate deeper. I hope that makes sense. Three ports of light are more superficial and the two other ports of light are supposed to penetrate deeper.
Not sure what kind of laser it is so it's difficult for me to comment..?
How long do we have to do this and how many times? Will this completely reverse like become a regular spine? I have a 6° spine and i always cry about it so I'm genuinely curious
I recommend my clients to do this at least three times a week to try to improve the condition.. now… if you have a structural deformity of the vertebrae, fixing it completely will not be possible. But these exercises will help to strengthen areas that are in need to make sure the condition doesn’t worsen.
@@nichellethomson8299 ohh thanks!
I'm going to give this a go.
Do you know anywhere near cleveland tn. That has this
If you go onto the bioflex laser website there is a tab option where you can search if there is a clinic close to your area
Thank you!
IS IT GOOD FOR TEETH
yes - it's good for the gums (which is good for the teeth) - you need to use certain wavelengths, best to use 600 nm - 800 nm (nanometres, that will be listed on the device you use, if the wavelength is not listed don't use the device)
One definetly lags 😢
That's okay! Now you know and you can do something about it! Better to know then to not!:)
Eating cauliflower and walnuts helps me a lot it oddly seems to reduce the acidity of the acid coming into my oesophagus
