  • Do you tend to get headaches after working at a computer, reading or looking at your phone? Have you ever experienced a concussion, bad migraines or feel your eyes don't move properly/ you have a "lazy" eye? Then this video may be for you! It's natural for us to think we need to do some rehab for a sprained ankle or injured muscle, and OUR EYES SHOULD BE NO DIFFERENT!
    In this eye rehabilitation video, Nichelle CAT(C), DOMP guides you through a basic exercise program to help retrain your eyes and cranial nerves. Retraining the eyes is important as it helps to reduce eye pain and eye headaches as well as some of the other post concussion symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, light headedness, etc. Thus improving and restoring your quality of life.
    It is recommended that you do this video at least 1-2 times a week to start. And as you become more skilled and stronger, you can increase the frequency per week of how many times you do this video.
    It is also recommended that you book an appointment with your local manual osteopath in order for them to assess you and correct any other misalignments that may be contributing to your eye issues.
