How quickly will yall know if this will fit on the 2025 suburban? Not sure if they would shift any placement. Planning to order one once available or a gmc but no dif there.

What I find most amazing about videos like this being a gearhed all my life, the aftermarket can can make a simpler more reliable and robust part than the manufacturer, yet if you install this they will likely use it as an excuse to void your warranty…. This makes no sense to me and never has…. The aftermarket steps up with better solutions yet again

I have 55k mile in mine and it’s an amazing engine. I’ve averaged as high as 42 mpg and 20 mpg while towing. It sips fuel, has tons of torque, and has been very reliable.

I have a bone stock ‘24 duramax that has the worst turbo lag I’ve ever experienced and has compressor surge so bad it shakes the whole truck when it happens. It feels like it has way less power than the 2020 L5P I had. Have you heard anything similar about the ‘24’s?

Are the LM2 duramax just being tuned to have the power increase the LZ0 got in 2023

We block off EGR, turbo port yet leave the ccv gases back into the intake which are hot as the engine gets. Maybe route ccv to atmosphere as a gas engine? Unless this caters too the emission compliance group. Makes sense then

It would be helpful for the DIY guy like myself IF you included how to release the possible connectors that I might have!!! I had to Google it and search TH-cam for hours. I finally got the fuel lines figured out but the connector on top of the fuel housing that goes to the water sensor is pretty much impossible to remove. Maybe some helpful hint next time??? And don't show that 1/4 second trick with your hands in the way. A little help Please, I just dropped $500 and wasted all afternoon to only have to put the old system back together.

What are some signs that my factory ccv is failing?

Why is this only for the 2024? Pre 2024 has a different system, i assume? Just curious. I have a 2018

The design is nice, but I feel like there could have been a more economical way to build this rather than complete billet assembly.

This may have been answered already. But, I've got about 1000 miles on my 2024 Sierra(LZ0). With that kind of mileage, would it be at all worth pulling the exchanger and clean while installing the catch can? Or with that kind of mileage is it basically negligible? Thank ya!

I've just got 1 and notice from a stop under throttle just pulling out on the highway but not full throttle, it was like 5-6 shift or 6-7 shift it felt like it missed shift and hung then shifted or possible the converter lock up unlock situation? any thoughts? My truck has 142 miles and is paired with the DuramaX

What is the Heat Exchangers function? Do we even need it?

The fact that you have to do these things to new vehicles (ecoboosts are the same) is...quite ridiculous to me. I appreciate your engineering and what you are doing, but I just can't get over the fact that these new trucks are designed/tested so poorly anymore. You shouldn't be doing this, the GM engineers should.

My 2021 Denali lasted 2750 miles. Engine leaked oil from the block. They never told me why, if cracks or improper castings. They just replaced the engine. By 5000 miles, the new engine would crank and never started again. Lemon Law got me all my money back but not worth the headaches!

If another tornado destroys your warehouse, consider building a warehouse underground. You can have a pit under the underground warehouse to pump out water. And think of the cool entrances and ramps for access. ❤

DPF/DEF Systems is junk, fails!

On your CCV upgrade kit, is it possible to get a pipe thread built in the side of the filler tube so we can attach a #4JIC fitting to it. Wanting to run oil return back to the engine from a bypass filter.

Another bad design is the lack of replaceable bearings in the head for the overhead camshaft

5 year 60k power train warranty. It would be easier to just bring your truck in and let the mechanics fix your issue.

What precautions have you taken to deal with this icing up in cold weather? These things can be a nightmare in northern states that routinely have below zero temps. I had a catch can that would ice up to the point it blocked all flow. Had to drain it once a week.
