Hi! My name is Shannon, and my garden is located in North Texas; Zone 8a. I am a home gardener with limited space and limited funds; so I try my best to maximize my garden with the space I have while being smart and frugal! I found joy in gardening in 2020, along with many many people who decided to garden during the pandemic and became hooked! I created this TH-cam Channel in 2023 because I found a desire to share my joy in gardening and share my experiences as a North Texas gardener. I also wanted to document my garden throughout the season so that I could learn from my successes and mistakes and be able to see it change throughout the year in a very tangible way! Look at what I was able to pick up on my Summer Clearance Plant Haul!! I went to 3 different nurseries, and one was a huge disappointment while another was a HUGE score! I was able to pick up some clearance annuals to replace some Supertunias and Verbenas that died in the heat already, as well as pick up some sun and shade perennials to add to my gardens!
