I’ve been a business owner for 35 years but in a totally different business. Decided to switch my career just to make it more challenging. I currently work for an agency and looking forward to learning more.

Starting out, you don't need a brick and mortar office. Carriers will appoint you, however, several carriers require Lexis Nexis. Lexis Nexis will not grant you access to their services without a private office. They might accept you if you are starting an agency from a single family home, but if you live in an apartment, they will reject your request.

I have a company called citymia it’s a financial consumer company that help food delivery drivers here in Miami to finance motorcycles therefore all these motorcycles have to have insurances. I’m thinking in setting up an insurance agent as an externality to my business. Do you think I can set up an insurance agency fully online . Thank you

I worked with a IMO. Technically im still contracted with them and your right. The charge backs 😱 and the agency owners getting integrity deals then leave the business. It's true but the pay is better.

My first shot back in 2015 was 86% passing Studied books for a week 7 or 8 days (all day) and have been doing my CE since then finally became a Farmers Producer with appointments this year about a month back.

my bank said a part of HOA insure has too high a deductible so it is a poor policy so we had didnt make an offer . Lenders look at HOA insurance ? Whats a good HOA insurance ( and deductible)?
