How did you get appointments as a independent agency? I have a real estate agency now and have been wanting to build an insurance wing but everyone I speak with says it will be almost impossible to get appointments as a new agency. Any feedback on this?
@@NewAgentHQ yes it’s difficult right now because it’s a “hard” market. Especially for personal lines insurance. Commercial appointments are actually pretty easy. Feel free to DM me on Instagram and I can explain more
Just opened an insurance agency in July out here in Florida and you’ve been a huge help! I’m going through the struggles now but I know it will get better for sure! Thank you for the videos and keep them coming!
Hey Chris, I hear a lot of people say getting appointments will be impossible for a start up in 2024. Is getting a direct appointment vs via an aggregator/cluster the same?
@@coryhill6575 well I do that stuff now for course. For the first 18 months I was basically living on savings of about $10-15k. I also lived at my parents house which helped a lot

Just went all in on my firm. Your videos have helped a ton!🙌🏻
How do you not pay yourself and also take care of yourself? Like you still need to pay rent, buy food, transportation, clothes, grooming etc

@@christheinsuranceguy Ok that’s what I was thinking. Thanks for clarifying.
Chris would you consider starting an agent academy?? Can't find such thing now a day.
@@FVG_alex_garcia I have thought about doing a mentorship or academy if that would help other agents. Would you be interested?
@@christheinsuranceguy yes, im sure more new agents will also be interested,
If it was easy, everyone would do it. Great job Chris from a fellow agent
