Hmmmm, that’s a very good question. I’d say whatever I recommend, sample first, fair? Lol 1. Matiere Premiere Neroli Oranger 2. Kilian Roses on Ice 3. Roja Musk Aoud (go light) (also soon discontinued if not already) 4. Nishane Wulong Cha 5. Guerlain Aqua allegaro Nerolia Vetiver 6. Jovoy Incident Diplotmatique 7. Fragrance du Bois London Spice Those are some recommendations. It’ll be tough, to find something verrryyy natural, but closer from first spray these smell very nice and as close to a natural scent without it being too perfumey Also look at alcohol free fragrances, that could help. Check a brand called Argentium Sage

I agree with you, Contralto at its price point is truly one of the best fragrances in the market. Hanuman is definitely elevated, but not necessary. To me, I still crave a wearing of bal dafrique just because it’s the OG.

That’s a tough one, each one has their own vibe. I feel like the most wearable in order is creation E, Diaghilev, then Blue sapphire I own all three and I reserve Diaghilev for special occasions, creation e is wonderful in cooler weather, but as much as I love the scent profile of blue sapphire, I find it really difficult to find an occassion to wear it. If I could only choose 1, I’d lean close to Diaghilev, a true chypre, then creation E, then Blue sapphire. But, you should sample them, Diaghilev and blue sapphire are not easy wears

Glad you’re enjoying it, to me Hermes’ at 200ml for $160 cad is a better value, the difference between the two is minimal. This PDM release felt like a total cash grab. But if whoever buys it enjoys it, that’s all that matters at the end.

@@FoodnFragrances I understand how you feel. I had that same feeling with percival, but in that case i felt like it was indeed a back to back copy of fierce. With perseus I can easily tell it apart from Hermes and the performance is such a beast 10+ hrs with solid sillage, and even at 24hrs and after showering I could still smell hints of it.

Hey! Not to me it doesn’t. Imagination to me is more tea like. Bottega Venetta is more brighter, citrus fruity. I would say it’s a bit closer to the feel of a Tygar/vibrato, while still having a bit of its own style

Honestly! It’s a very uneasy unboxing experience. I didn’t even get the slip cover removal on camera because of how obnoxiously tight it was. Otherwise, great fragrances lol, they just need to really improve on packaging

@@FoodnFragrances I totally agree. Beautiful bottles and scent but as for the packaging unlike a lot of perfume houses like Arabian Oud beautiful boxes.

I have, I like it, but it is strong. It’s definitely a fragrance that is more for special occasions instead of everyday wear. It’s really good but not too versatile in my opinion

Ouu that’s a good battle, I’ve tried both I just don’t have the bottles anymore. I can work with that though
