Thank you for taking the time to share, I’m a new subscriber! The entire cap/atomizer pump system is all custom and it’s a “low profile” otherwise I would have had to make the cap larger and didn’t look aesthetically pleasing. There’s always a battle between art and function….but the pumps are made in France alongside the luxury powerhouses of the world. Best wishes!
George! Thank you for subscribing brother. I know, sometimes we do have to trade off for the sake of art. I totally understand the decision behind it. I don’t think it plays that big of a role into the full experience. I do have to say, I am really in love with this fragrance. This is my favourite review of yours by far. You've knocked it out of the park with the content showing how exquisite the bottle is, and giving some context to the brand/perfumer, and how this scent came into being! Just the right amount of creation story. For me, I really appreciate how you mentioned the design of the box/bottle is not necessarily reflective of the juice inside - the imagery is very Dark Academia/Dark Fairytale, and so I really love the full review. I can't wait for the next one!

As far as Black Rose goes, you nailed the description. Definitely closer to signature/noir than Rosé. It’s beautiful! And the bottle… just, wow!

@@FoodnFragrancesFirst... let's admire the presentation. The atomizer could be pressurised, although George Zaharoff has stated to have one would make it bigger. Taking away from the elegance of the bottle. The juice wow! What can I say, the opening is fresh, aromatic, hints of pepper, almost fougere like, it feels rich and dark but not overly dense. Definitely not sweet. It evolves very quickly to an earthy woodsy fragrance. It's complex and full but not floral in dare I say it a grandma way. It is so smooth and sexy. I am an hour in and can sense the sillage is beautiful. Can't wait for the dry down. It certainly is not polarising like toyboy. It's very masculine for a rose. Mate I'm impressed.

I don’t even care about the compliments, just the sheer beauty of the rose combo, slight spice and aromatics. That got me! Enjoy it brother!
@FoodnFragrances also the versatility.. as you say, date night. But also office, casual or smart. Not just a cold weather frag. I mean I'd prob not wear in high heat but def autumn, winter and spring... and for sure. I'll get through this bottle as I am going to enjoy just for me.
