keep up the grind, sum day i be wqtching you on my tv on dazn or sum. Keep it up G
You need to keep your hands up bro while you're throwing. It's not about whether or not punches are coming back at you, it's just a habit you need to learn and develop regardless of whether you're sparring or just doing bag work or shadow boxing. Learn how to throw some hooks as well. Best of luck on your journey.
🤓🤓🤓
bro you can train solo all you want, but you need man vs man experience too. its easy to look good if no one is fighting back
@@MMAengineer I have a MMA gym I good to but right now I'm focused on my highschool wrestling team
keep up the hard work young fella
Hey bro, sit deeper and stand about shoulder length apart, if you struggle with balance you can have your back leg pigeonfooted.
do you just train alone or you also have a gym you go to?
@@periquitodonordeste8577 right now I'm on my high school wrestling team but once the seasons done I'll be going back to my mma gym
nice whos your favorite ufc fighter mines korean zombie
@@sba6082 either Yoel Romero or Tony Ferguson
Hey bro, how old you are?
15
Hope to meet you there some day👍
Keep it up!
Improve your form by practicing slowly g also you gotta do some conditioning 🤙 wish you luck g
what reflex did you buy? and love the channel KEEP IT UP MAN🔥🔥🔥
I have a boxbollen one but I got at a salvation army, I'd suggest buying one of the cheaper ones off Amazon. They work just as well.
keep up the good work🔥
R u just training at home or is the home work extra ?
@@JiggyFly40 home work is kinda just extra
Can you post some jiu jitsu videos?
Right now I'm not going to my regular MMA gym, but I am doing wrestling, and I'm going to make a video about the first meet of the season.
Your technique for the deadlift could be better, check out some videos how your back, lats and shoulders should work while doing that
Were you inspired by JackedJoey? Keep on training bro!
@@ppcc2628 yeah, I wanted to become a fighter before that but he gave me the idea to make videos
The video is well-made, nice.
How many more pull-ups, push-ups, dips will you do?
Do you use any supplements, creatine or similar, or not?
No
good luck
You can be a champ if you really want it, but you have to have either the best training, or you have to train harder than everyone else.
Calf raises for martial arts? who taught you that one?
Those places take advantage of young people, leaving them with bad habits, slow reflexes, and sometimes injuries.
How much do you pay per month for that coaching you go to? They tell you to lift weights and destroy your back?
@@WangFightSciences Right now I'm doing high school wrestling
@@ADRENALINE1009 If You want to get maximum benefits from training, don't lift weights, stick to calisthenics. don't train with your back bent like that, bend your legs if you have to get lower.
Still better than Connor Mcgregor th-cam.com/users/shortsrIs_AEow0j8?feature=share
100% will watch you fight to see if someone can knock your voice right
Looking in shape bro. 👍
No one became a UFC fighter by training at home. It's the same as studying formulas for a test without solving any problems.
@@SovietStyle I have a gym that I train at but right now I'm in wrestling so I'm not going
very potential, I believe you will win ufc championship someday
brather who dis guy
Applause to you.
as someone who loves kicking the most, i say get a heavy bag where you have lots of space to move around.. it'll help you add a lot more power to your kicks so you can tell if you're kicking better, soon enough you'll be rotating your hips like crazy. Get a wider mirror too, and always assume that when you strike, your opponent would react accordingly
good tips 👍
no power, terrible form.
Whats The barbell rack you have in the background?
@@Anthony_BTV mwb 850
You will go very far if you keep practicing brother
I estimate you can increase your power 5-8 fold, assuming you're no more than 16-17 here, by the time you're in your 30s. Ofc weight gain and other factors will matter
Strong 👍 do u train at a gym like boxing or something?
@@Bullymaguire0123 I do train in a gym but I'm in wrestling right now so I'm not going currently
@ Nice. Work hard on yourself and never let anything get you down
Keep grinding brotha
If you bench press alone, it's a good idea to leave the collars off so you can dump the weight if it falls on your neck or face by tipping the bar to the sides. You have to make sure your form is very solid and the bar doesn't tip during your reps though, so you don't do it by accident.
1) You need a heavier bag and it needs be be lower so that you can practice round houses and front kicks. 2) Your strikes don't look like they have enough power. I think its because your form is sloppy. You aren't rotating your hips enough in your crosses. Your bag is holding you back. 3) You need a lot more room around your bag so you can move around it. You're too stationary due to lack of room. 4) You need to be on the balls of your feet. You're currently flat footed, so that's going to limit your mobility. 5) Your spinning side kick is better than mine. Good job! 6) You should probably wear shorts instead of sweat pants. 7) Your head is too far forward, you're leaning in making it a juicy target. 8) You're telegraphing your punches 9) Add ducks and slips into your strikes. Defense is as important as strikes. The typical tempo is something like "strike-strike-dodge counter strike"
solid advice 💪
Have you tried sparring someone or finding someone to spar?
My man you only being 14 and starting to train now is phenomenal. I wish you nothing but the best on your journey and I would love nothing more than to see you make it happen. No matter what do not stop and make sure you understand how important discipline is over everything. Don’t allow any family friends and especially people you don’t know to affect you with any criticism or doubt. Keep grinding little man trust me you’ll have plenty of people rooting for you.
wait so are you in the ufc or are you trying to get into it?
@@JaysonDinos2209 trying to get into the UFC
Do you do weight training? I think it would improve your fighting skills 😊
