That's why there are sweaters/hoodies, they have big enough pockets for smartphones.

I think that's the thing of these girls bars in Japan in general. I guess its whatever for those that enjoy it. Not my cup of tea though, considering I don't really drink so I wouldn't find any enjoyment out of these kinds of establishments. But it is interesting watching a video about it.

This pisses me off because the barmaid is such a lovely girl but patrons are encouraged to be lecherous. If you're going to be like that at least do it without them knowing. I don't know. It doesn't seem right to do it at all if I of course can't deny looking at women's bodies is fun. Japan really messes with my head sometimes.
