There are 2 more offensive miracles. The 2 Gravelord Sword Dance's. The basic one you can get right after getting to fire link. the other you have to farm rats in the depths for eyes of death to get great sword dance. they're AOE spells like firestorm, but against big enemies like Seath, they do good damage. They've helped me in Capra's fight a few times too.
I knew about gravelord sword dance, but I hadn't heard great things about them. It makes sense for them to be good against large enemies. But I was too lazy to look up how to actually get them.
I'm interested to see what you think of miracles throughout the series. I've only played the souls games with faith builds (eldin ring was the first souls game I beat and I decided to go back and play them all with faith to see how it was). I had a lot of fun and frustration doing so lol, and really came to enjoy the play style.
You can boost casting speed with dexterity starting from 35 to 45, its not a huge difference but it definitely works and is nice to have. I have two faith builds one with 45 dex and one with base dex and there definitely is a difference.
For future runs in case you do pyromancy as well dusk's crown ups magic alingment, at the cost of more damage taken, which also governs miracle and pyromancy damage. There's also permanent hyper mode which involves multiple curses, power within, rtsr and Leroy's shield for health regen. I think there is also another item for regen to make sure you don't die but i don't remember now. Made the comment during your first fight with gwin, and when i finisehd typing you went and got the crown XD
