For example the anor Londo archers aka the silver knights, the channel is with their buffing ability and long-range attacks, the dogs with their rapid approaches and pack tactics, the skeletons that accumulate bleed, the basilisks especially if they can roam free, the mushrooms, especially in places with limited maneuverability, etc...

You should do this run in the other two dark souls games if there is a mod for them aswell. There is probably one for ds3 on nexus but i don't know about ds2.
