Joby - FAA Precision Landing Flight Test Campaign

- In January 2024, our team welcomed back the Federal Aviation Administration's Office of Airports to Marina, CA, as we carried out a flight test campaign focused on landing accuracy and precision.
Following on from the propeller wash testing we completed in August, three different Joby pilots conducted 31 take-offs and landings onboard the aircraft.
The flight test campaign demonstrated the aircraft's operational characteristics as part of the FAA's ongoing work to refine vertiport design guidance while also demonstrating our ability to use existing heliports. - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี

I haven't seen any tests protecting against birds or any type of objects in the air space.

Came here looking to find out how noisy/quiet the Joby is, and all I can hear is music track. Not pleased. Why does the world think EVERYTHING has to have a musical soundtrack?
Hello Joby. I have a question. You want to fly for example between the airport and the City. The people have suitcases with 25 kg per Person. What about the baggage? Can the evtol carry the people AND their baggage AND if this is possible how long is the range? Thank you. So far you made a very good Job from my perspective.
It seems like the maximum payload on the aircraft is 1000 pounds or 453 kg with a capability of traveling up to 150 miles or 240 km on a single charge

@@Bumlife2Bomblife there is no proof on earth anyone has lifted a person 5 minutes on a multirotor evtol even on craft that don't have canopies and seats. Not jetson not ehang not volocopter not joby. I think an electric helicopter did it before
It can fly 150 miles (with a 30 min VFR reserve). Top speed is 200 miles per hour. Normal cruise probably around 150 miles/hour. So about an hour of flight time.
