It is by no means "quiet". You don't hear because of distance. Aircraft noise comes mostly from propeller not engine. DJI drone is small but still loud.
A fart next you your ear would be louder than a fire cracker on the other side of the river. It would be louder with a load but they don't trust it carry weight.

It's almost satisfying, seeing so many delusional people, who think the planet will blow up in 10 years, unless people buy electric cars... and battery- powered helicopters... In 2022, with just a few electric cars on the roads, europe already had to cut electricity in a ton of places and areas... Without electric cars, with the current electrical infrastructure, and the power sources like dams, etc, countries barely have enough power for everybody... and people must choose between AC or a cold fridge ! When all the activists and rich people have purchased a car, that's when things are going to be funny : cities will have to build mini nuclear plants, to power, eg, 1000 cars charging at the same time :) And we're talking about slow charges ! If people want to use 400, or 800 volt chargers, for super fast charge, every single block, or neighborhood , will require its own dam, or par plant ! Now, imagine 5 years from now, since cities, with 1 million cars charging at the same time.
Why are you pulling information out of your butt? It takes 10 minutes to get 25 miles of range. And one hour for full charge. You're terribly out of date.
This looks so cool in the real life environment!

An early 'Happy Thanksgiving!' to all the people at JOBY, in NY, and at IoT!!
Super cool hearing the boats idling louder than the aircraft flying by and the cars on the roads louder than the aircraft!

Stable and maneuverable

The video speed up to mark 2:28 is too slow. Changing it to 1.75 feels about right. After that the 'normal speed' looks good too.
Good looking
How is it possible that it is so quite? A normal drone is also quite loud and this thing is 100x bigger than a regular consumer drone.
Special rotors that have been made to produce less sound. Crazy
Maybe editing.

So does the aircraft just appear in its location or does it recharge 10 times to get to said location?
