Thank you for reminding me of the old days at the ENS. :) Long time ago! In those days, we called "teacher´s zone" "class coverage" where you try to get onboard as many students as possible. "Action research" was and still is called Reflection and it comes after "assessment". Great that now there is even formative assessment. Back then, it was not known; only summative was present.
