hi Madalyn, I need some advice. I currently run for 1 to 1.5 hours, four times a week, but I’d like to build some muscle at the gym. since I don’t want to give up running, what would you recommend? I was thinking of running twice a week and going to the gym twice a week, maybe focusing on full-body compound lifts. d do you think that could work? should I do different exercises in each session? thank you so much if you reply! I love your videos as always and really admire the dedication you put into them.
i think as long as you push yourself in the gym lifting heavy and DEFINITELY making sure to eat enough, that plan sounds good!! especially to experiment with that and see how your body responds! I’m def not an expert, hopefully that helps haha!

I write down my workout plan in advance and make sure to follow my to-dos!
