Your Meijer looks so nice and clean!!! Ours are a mess here in Michigan 🤣
Dude thank you so much. I’m sick and tired of putting in countless hours in the gym and not getting the results I desire. I need to diet to get to where I want to be. I’ve been battling this concept for years telling myself if I just put in the work it won’t matter what I eat. Well I’m 30 years old and just figured out this couldn’t be further from the truth. Better late than never I guess. 😅
Sam, is your cut coming to a close soon? You look damn near perfect at this point. I wish I was watching your vids daily again. Think I'll make room for them, as they are so passionate and informative. Thanks for everything, as always!
he's prepping for a show, about 10 weeks to go still
this angle is so comforting and I watched the whole thing wihtout skipping lol
You should watch Breaking bad or Prison break for Cardio, Prison break first two seasons are goated

I wonder how much weight he'd lose if he found out the magic of broccoli, lettuce, and spinach.
@@descendencyThe volume per calorie of broccoli and cauliflower are magic.
In terms of flavour the addition of spinach to ground beef is the difference between night and day for me. The addition of kidney beans and some hot sauce with a small side of white rice and I have one of my favourite go to meals.
Almost at the end of 14 week bulk. Got an 8 week cut coming in Jan. Watching this is bringing back the reality of the discipline to come.😔😔
Samming my Sulek to this video for cardio
Great tips! Salute, Sam 💪
For canned chicken I love to make a buffalo chicken grilled cheese. Throw some franks hot sauce in a bowl and mix it around with the chicken, put it on some bread with a couple of fat free singles from Walmart. Spray some I can’t believe it’s not butter on the outside of the bread and heat it up on the skillet.
Quick, easy, good amount of protein not too heavy on the carbs if you use a carb balance bread, and it tastes almost as good as the ones they make at Quiktrip.
Hell no, margarine is garbage for your body. Use some real butter there is no reason not to. Do not give out recipes ever again
@ you okay buddy?
22:32 imagine he drops that jar 😂
bro that pickle flick was crazy
I like Sam for being so simple…hes not over the top he is just chill. I wonder if he is actually this lonely behind the camera. Probably not.
WE NEED A SHANS BRUH COLLAB
I'm brand new to this channel and I just want to say I fuking love your grocery trips with your insights! Thank you and I look forward to more. Subscribed!
im on a dirty cut for the next 8 weeks
Thanks man. Needed this
I know this video is about not getting treats, but a great thing to eat when cutting and you have a sweet tooth are Yasso Greek Yogurt bars. 5 grams of protein/100 calories and they taste GREAT!
Dont buy the pre-packaged deli meats. Most grocery stores have a deli section where you get freshly sliced meats.
Love how you properly stressed tracking macros and calories + explained the reason why they’re important.
I’m shocked how you eat like an absolute monster though, I think Coach Greg would tell you to look at his cookbook!
Sam needs to shop at Sam’s Club
Sam is doing a great job getting his diet on track. hes really thinking his diet through just like i do.
