Awesome! I've watched several different videos and decided to combine the best features. Use a plunger cut in half for the shoe tips - will last longer. Use landscaping square timbers - and the pvc legs will fit snug on them - no wiggle. Instead of drilling this 1" PVC for the shoulders - I like the girl that used screws on the body and made key holes in the arm and you just slide them on and off. I also like putting a bend in the arms and attaching a drum made out of 5 gallon paint buckets or 2 gallon. Pizza pans, hair, and ornaments from $ tree.
maybe you could do a tutorial with the mixture of ideas that you like best. Might save others time. 🤷♀️

This is awesome - I want to make this one! Ok you need to use rubber plunger tips cut in half from $tree for the shoes. Dixie cups will smash. Saw this on the $tree girls nutcracker - she used poster board -all that work and it will fall apart in one season!

I also have made some of your Halloween props and they turned out great. When time allows make a video on some type of pirate of the Caribbean with skeletons. You are doing a great job keep it up.

If you go by his supply list, it's roughly about $300. This of course does not include the glue gun, glue, jigsaw, jigsaw blades, washers and screws.
@@HighTide941wow. I’m making two right now and my total is probably $85 for both. But I went to Home Depot and got wood circles from target and pans for a $1.25 from dollar tree.
@@MissDominicaStrong I only added what he had in his list. I went to Lowe's and got everything but the embellishments and I spent $166. The Drylok was the most expensive thing. Probably should have went to Hobby Lobby or something for the paint but got sample jars at lowes red, black.

I made your nutcracker and it came out amazing! My whole family worked on it. The only problem is the hot glue is failing, his nose came off as did the pizza pan on top (I used gorilla hot glue sticks). Any suggestions? The buttons look like they're coming off also
I'm in the process of building mine. I would try E6000, using a dab of hot glue to hold in place until the E6000 drys
@@juliespeakman491 I just bought some today! That's a good idea about the hot glue, thanks. I also put a long screw thru it and painted the screw head the color of the nose. If it falls off after all this, it's jinxed lol

You should make a present stack decoration and have a feature where the presents can stack up like you can take them apart. Also your nutcracker has no mouth

Nice job….the main tube for body and head should be covered in something to hide the seams.
Maybe paint mixed with joint compound. I see a lot of people using it on other projects to seal and even out things.
