Before the Covid many Boeing 737s would travel with as little as 10 passengers on board for flight within Canada and the USA, as 10 plane tickets often payed for the fuel alone, but yes, your right as 747s travel across seas and usually fly full. The airline industry has been absolutely decimated by Covid.
I was a pushback driver for air Canada LHR for 10 years if your going to post a video at leased get the main gear in the middle of the line 😀 that was my aim everytime nose wheels easy

Depends on what instructions are given to the cockpit and tug/dispatcher by ground control . It's not just a matter of doing a push back on to the taxyway centre line . You may have other aircraft arr/and pushing back off stands .
