I liked this video, and was glad to get some information on a topic like this! I would like to see an expanded video on feedback and communication! Communication especially as the example given in this video was on the nose on something that has happened in my group. Also can't wait for the next in-depth game design/mechanic video! I'm not a game designer, but it's always interesting to see some of the thought that could have went into some game developer's decisions!
Thanks for the help with this video! I'm starting up a static after my first attempt fell apart, and I definitely heard examples of myself in what not to do. This should be a big help for me and my new team.
Thanks for the tips man. I just recently came back to the game and my guild leader made me the raid leader in the guild since I use to raid heavy. This helps so much!
@@ispikemike they are on the final fight and have become very competent Raiders. They mostly now come to me for tips with the fights or if the group has major problems. But for the most part they were hapoy with my leadership. (Though I mostly just followed the videos advice XD)
What i like to do in terms of feedback is hand out a google form to the group, where they can leave feedback to the group as a whole and individual players, both for ingame or how the player behaves in the group. Helps getting grievances across from players that are not comfortable to share their grievances or feedback in a call.

How did it turn out? I’m 19 in college and I have no idea how to lead an ultimate group but I’m about to take the chance.Did you learn anything?

I would love to hear the extra tips on open communication. I think this is extremely important but I’m kind of lost on how to handle it
