You made me get up and go get some new clothes and I went with light colors. I say that to say thank you because it was something I really needed on a mental level
I can’t be that white aesthetic in my home either. My kids literally are like wild animals. And my husband too. And me I can’t even wear a white shirt to dinner lol so I’m gonna need all the dark colors in my home forever. 😂

You should try the McCormick Himalayan Pink Salt with Black Pepper and Garlic. It’s an all purpose seasoning. It’s really good. I’ve tried those frozen belpeppers before. I tried to sautee them in a little olive oil but it didn’t work. Since the vegetables are frozen once they melted in the skillet they became soggy😩. So hopefully they worked in your meal. Make homemade sofrito once. Trust me you'll never go back I promise. Green bells, red, orange, yellow, cilantro, onions, garlic, lime, vinegar. I make a galloon and freeze it.
Those bags of frozen onions and peppers are good and great to keep on hand. But I will admit that fresh onions and peppers are more flavorful. Most of the time I'll use the frozen just because it's more convenient.

I cut them in half and use the smallest blade. My daughter doesn’t like bell pepper, but if I cut them small she rarely even knows they’re in her food. I keep them in separate bags, because I don’t use everything in every dish. I do celery, every color bell pepper and yellow, white and purple onions. Typically they last about 3/4 months and I cook at least 5 days a week for 5 people every meal. So it’s definitely worth the time to het it done so that I don’t have to prep them before every meal.
Hello Jazzy, if you at some point you don’t buy frozen peppers you could also buy them cut it put it in a ziplock bag and freeze it it’s the samething and you could make a big bag of it. It will last you a long time.

Cleaning your chicken is wise because years ago I worked in a Poultry Plant of a famous company and the process will amaze you, keep washing your food. You are too funny and I love your channel, you are the best mom. I graded the birds we called them and we handled 22 birds a minute, image a company running over 200K chickens in 8 hours and the temp was 28 degrees. I was so frustrated. Yesterday I tried to slow cook a beef roast. The meat turned out good but my potatoes and carrots were gross. I think I accidentally put too much salt in the pot. I tried a recipe that used 2 cups of beef broth but I used water instead and it said if you use water to add some extra salt. And since the pot was completely full I thought I needed a lot of salt. WRONG. But at least the meat turned out good. It was heart breaking throwing those carrots and potatoes in the trash. They looked so good too. They just tasted weird. Luckily I still have some raw potatoes left so I'll just microwave some baked potatoes and make some canned corn.
Like what was she not getting bout the frozen veg part it’s exactly what it said on the package. So guess if she was snacking on them potatoes everyone else got about 3 each as there wasn’t that many to start with I always have to do about two trays of roast potatoes as they are so good and don’t want to go short 😂
