  • Breastfeeding plays a vital role in the development of babies, both physically and mentally. If your baby is showing signs of not latching, it could be because of many reasons. A baby that doesn’t latch may be at risk of steady weight gain or weight loss and face growth abnormalities and nutritional deficiencies. For the mothers, the fate is just as worse as the breast milk supply begins to lower when the body realises it isn’t being used to feed the baby. Making sure your baby latches on properly will ensure a steady supply of breast milk and the achievement of growth milestones in little ones.
Every baby is different, and every mother will experience a different latching problem with her little ones. Here’s everything you have to know about breastfeeding latching problems and how to solve latching problems.

Make sure your milk has all the nutrition baby needs or baby will be crying and hungry all the time and not satisfied. It happens with some women.

How can I make sure my milk has all the nutrients?

@@QueenSah2013you can’t. It is either nutritious enough or it isn’t. It can be tested though (crematocrit test). Ask a lactation specialist.

So I have a random question. My mother told told me that she was not able to breastfeed me, so she had a babysitter breastfed me for about a year. Could that possibly have any effect on why I never felt any sort of a bond with my mother, like my siblings did?

      That certainly is a possibility!!

Yes it’s true, you bond with your mother through skin to skin while breastfeeding.
