    I'm made the change recently from having coffee in the morning to matcha. Mind you, I don't add sugar to my coffee or matcha. I've noticed just after a few days that my stomach is hardly upset anymore, my anxiety has gone down, concentrating is easier, I actually eat less, and I feel happy and calm over all. As someone with ADHD as well, this has greatly impacted me and all my routines as a whole. Watching this video filled in the missing pieces of why I was suddenly noticing improvement overall in my health. Thank for for this informative video! Cheers! x

    As one who only drinks Oolong and Keemun, I often wondered about the hype associated with green as opposed to darker teas. I think it was Healthcare Triage where they said it could be because people counteract the (minimal) healthful properties of darker teas (as well as ruining the tea) by adding cow udder exudate.

    This is the first time where more "shade" is a good thing. So far the most comprehensive video on matcha. Is drinking "old" matcha powder bad for you, or is it just not as beneficial as fresh. Also, on your webpage, I was wondering what the significance of the "Powder/Liquor". Is that just a visual color comparison between stand-alone powder, stand-alone liquor, and powder+liquor?

    I bought a matcha at a local Japanese sushi/market store, and the matcha was Sugimoto tea Daily Matcha. It has a USDA organic stamp on it, but I wonder if it tasted good and if it tasted like real matcha.

    Since Theanine works on the brain in a way that is similar to what some medications do, is there a recommended (or maximum) ammount of Theanine (or matcha) that we should consume?

    • @Nioteas
      @Nioteas 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Mohammed Al Ali i think there is no maximum amount of theannine you can consume but matcha is quite a strong tea so I would not go over 1 matcha a day. If you want to drink more green tea than one try to drink different during the day. For example a matcha or gyokuro in the morning and then switch to sencha for the later morning or afternoon.

    Not sure if anyone has asked this question but what if the Tencha leaves are said to be preserved fresh in freeze dried and air tight storage until ready to be shipped, in which they are ground in small batches? Looking into purchasing some Matcha finally and I'm researching while I watch - this question was brought on by replies from the distributor.
