As a Team Past member, the amount of nostalgia I felt was overwhelming. No wonder we pulled through! Months later and I'm still floored by how perfect this Grand Fest was. I've been a Splatoon fan literally since day one, and this will forever be some of the best memories I've ever made.
I’ll never forget the pure happiness that I had on my face during grand festival. I love these games so much and there’s truly no other game franchise that does what splatoon does.
Feel that. A good chunk of the Festival i just idled by the stages, vibing with the music, just taking it all in. When day 3 hit, going to the big stage for the first time... gods, i had goosebumps. Never had a game have such a big impact on me with music and atmosphere alone.

Hearing all the idol music in battle had me playing all night and when rainbow color incantation played the first time I couldn’t even focus because my brain couldn’t handle how good that song was

If you ever wonder how hard this grandfest went, my ZL button is now jammed... we were not able to fix it and I'm not gonna send Nintendo my Switch lite (awful quality and already 2 years old after intensive use so the other buttons will start giving way soon). So yeah I'll need to buy my third Switch lite but Grandfest was worth it!

To this day, hearing splat1's end credit theme still gets me into my feelings enough to wanna cry & Hearing this mix only amplified that harder. It never hit me just how long this series has been with me throughout my life. I'm 27 now, but the fact that the first game was probably the last time I'd ever experience being an young teen playing games with his friends without the worries of IRL responsibilities or hard times genuinely made me tear up. 🫠😭
I believe this only includes the songs played in the venue for the grand festival during the colorful evenings and the calm dawn. nothing from the battles that didn't have a reason to be presented live or from the night of unity.
