Excellent review of a well designed upgrade to Santa Fe model. Hyundai makes excellent vehicles and for those who need to space and comfort this car provides it looks like a good buy. The 10,000k service intervals are a bit close, but service costs seem pretty reasonable. This model of Santa Fe certainly seems to have best in class 3rd row, the seats actually look comfortable. The hybrid power train seems okay, though the KIA EV9 would certainly leave it in the dust. Electronic safety aids should be better refined in a car costing this much. Seems a good car, and thanks for explaining its positives as well as the far fewer deficits.
Gez...embarass the previous generation Santa Fe, it must be an awesome ride because as I recall you thought the last gen was fantastic in diesel form. Oh but that's right..diesel is a dirty word in 2024. Thanks for another great review, I think I will wait for the future face n butt lift version though.
Drove a Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy recently, it handles unbelievably well. So smooth over bumps, but damped so well in corners for its weight.
Bro went hard with the "ex" analogy. Hit even me in the feels.. and i aint even gone through a break-up !
Really like the matte paint
hard af to keep clean tho

I don't love the gas struts for the hood though - surely with the heat and cool cycles in there, those things will start to fail in no time
Is this better to drive than the Nissan X Trial e Hybrid?
Calligraphy just rings of Autobiography. Different meaning sure, but you can see the intent.
Change that tailgate ..and im getting one
I loved it until I saw the back end. No thankyou.
Land Rover will now copy Hyundai's reliability in retaliation for copying their cars.
Reliability? lol
@@DD-ld1xq it's a low bar but I'm sure LR can muster up their best efforts.
Looks even worse in person! No thanks.
My impression too. Fugg
